Classic Angels Care Group They always come to my home in a very friendly warm hearted and happy people they are morethan carers they have become more like family than carers but very professional at what they do and leave your home with such loving care and respect xxxx

We as a family are so grateful for the lovely care and support that The Classic Angels provide Mum. She enjoys going out on her 121 days with staff for a coffee and a cake and shopping. She also enjoys going to Felixstowe on sunny days for fish and chips by the sea! We are so grateful for the excellent care that the team of Angels provide, the staff are always friendly and make Mum smile. Thank you to all of the team.

Faultless! Care given to my mother outstanding, all staff I have met Clean, polite, caring and above all have raised issues that have almost saved my mother's life due to the well-trained staff. I recommend The Classic Angels Care Group to anyone who needs really good care!

My mother has been served by Classic Angels for years now. She has been very happy with their care and help, forming bonds with some of her carers. As a son, I have been very distanced from all this, living in Canada. I am so grateful to the carers for their dedication to her and also for their communication with me to keep me aware of her situation. This means a lot to me, being her only living relative. I am convinced that she couldn't be in better hands.

Classic Angels have been helping my father and I for more than three years. We have both been very grateful for their support, kindness and care over the years. They have made a difficult situation much easier and we would like to thank them.

They are very pleasant and caring. They always try their best to communicate with us what they are about to do and talk through what they are doing while working. They are very good at clearing up after themselves.

On the day to day care is excellent.

Carers took extra time and effort to take my father to a hospital appointment and then another appointment to have a short procedure. They transported him there, waited and back again, having listened to the doctor and reporting back to me (I live 200mls away). I am very grateful for this additional care taken by the care company. Shopping lists are sent to me each week by different carers and in addition, they help my father's dog with his medication and ensure he is fed and let out each day. I cannot help my father from where I live and am very grateful to all of them.

This particular day in October 2023 was our youngest daughter's wedding, so a very important day for us. On this day my husband needed an earlier visit than normal and more time than usual for all his personal care - including the tricky job of putting on his wedding suit! My husband is severely disabled and can do nothing for himself. All our carers are so lovely and kind and their care for my husband is always of the highest standard. We've been with Angels Care Agency for nearly 20 years and we are so grateful for all their care, support and laughter - we couldn't manage without them. They are like family to us.

The Classic Angels Care Group comes into my partner, who has Alzheimer’s, at prearranged times during the weeks so I can get a break (respite). They are very caring and do treat her as a friend, if there was to be a problem then they can contact myself or other members of the family and we can sort them out. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have found the carers to be always helpful and polite and punctual, with good office back-up.

The main concern has always been communication or the lack of it. But lately, it has greatly improved which is great. Obviously can't mention names but there is one particular carer/staff who is exceptional. She is brilliant with her client, she gives them their dignity, she is caring, understanding and loving. One thing that needs to change with this organisation is no diversity - all white staff but they have black clients - nice to have for the future.

We have used Classic Angels Care Group to provide care/support/assistance to our mother for the past six years. We have found them to be extremely professional, trustworthy and proactive with any concerns they have with our mother. They adhere and work to industry guidelines and regulations. The staff always engage with our mother in humour and conversations and establish an excellent relationship. It is a hard industry to work in with its various challenges but they never let it show with their client and will always do their utmost best to meet required needs for their clients. I can not praise them enough for their professionalism and friendliness.

Having had bad experiences with two companies in the early stages of my wifes serious stroke - we transferred to Angels in April 2018, my wifes stroke was suffered in October 2017. From day one Angels have been first class in professionalism, timekeeping and kindness, I would recommend Angels 100% to any prospective clients.

All carers at The Classic Angels Care Group are very professional. They are very prompt at getting people like the district nurse in if necessary. They suggest equipment that can help dad stay in his home longer. The staff in the office are also very professional and helpful e.g. when dad needed carer visits four times a day after a hospital stay this was put in place the next day. They always respond promptly to messages.
