View Full Details of Apollo Care (North Liverpool)I am amazed at the outstanding care provided to my father by Apollo's night carers. They communicate with my father all the time and spend time attending to all his care needs they are very professional they are an asset to the company each and every one of the night carers I would like to thank personally. Coordinators and management communicate with me at all times updating care plans. Well done to a great company and their carers.
The staff at Appollo Care are all very friendly, approachable and supportive, always going above and beyond to make sure all aspects of care are met. Extremely happy with the service of the managers as well as the care staff.
Apollo staff have always treated my aunt with respect and kindness. They give peace of mind to family members who live many miles away, for example, they provided care and support when my auntie fell, notifying emergency services and family and staying with her until the ambulance came. Staff acted promptly when noticing a smell of gas on a routine call. They notified family members and stayed to provide emotional support to my auntie until the situation was safe. I would recommend Apollo Care to others.
The care I have received has been very good. The carers have been friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Only issue I have is the call time varies greatly day-to-day.
The carers are courteous and helpful and treat my wife with utmost care.
On behalf of all my family to Apollo Care. My father receives two carers four evenly spaced times per day seven days per week. Two carers spend five days with him, four other carers (plus two Apollo Care office managers) provide him with care. This ensures that he has excellent continuity of care and he is familiar and comfortable with all the individual carers. Occasionally having the two office managers have hands-on experience ensures they completely understand what my father's care entails from a first-hand perspective. All his carers treat him with dignity and respect, communicate with each other, and are extremely knowledgeable. The carers have a positive fun attitude and it’s clear it’s not just a job to them. My father has multiple and complicated needs. When the carers leave, he is comfortable, immaculately groomed and the house is always perfectly clean. They are quick to notice and communicate to the family pending supplies, changes in behaviour or potential problems immediately.
Apollo are supplying an excellent service to provide for my wife’s uncle. The staff show genuine affection for him which I think illustrates how passionate they are about their profession. My main point of contact at Apollo is a staff member who has gone the extra mile on many occasions, organising trips to the hospital etc for my wife's uncle. I would recommend Apollo to anyone looking for a care package.
The overall experience was extremely helpful. I was after help for a job and the staff were nice and helped me with whatever I needed. My confidence grew with their help and I know what to do in terms of looking for a job thanks to them.
My dad was brought home from hospital last August under palliative care, the Apollo staff were amazing. My first experience of such a situation, the girls went beyond to explain and comfort us. Always professional and we felt my dad was in safe hands. After my dad had passed the girls still checked in on my mum and even attended the funeral, we would highly recommend, thank you girls you do a fantastic job.
My dad has recently been a client of Apollo Care and has told me about how he is being well looked after by the staff and how friendly they are and how much they care. They always listen to my dad and meet his needs and go out of their way to provide the best service possible and try to make my dad's life better and happier. I met a few of the staff over the last couple of weeks and they are very pleasant to speak to and voice any concerns they have. The management at the office have always answered the phone and are in contact with my dad if something changes or if they need to visit for any reason. They are friendly and always positive. They are an amazing company for care.
I can see that the management structure at Apollo Care (North Liverpool) are trying to build a solid foundation to offer service users a premium service. The day-to-day care team that my father has had are friendly and on the whole, take care of his needs to a satisfactory and good level of care. Any problems that my father has had, have been dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner by management. They are contactable to help with any concerns. Questions that we have had have been answered within an acceptable time frame. Apollo Care (North Liverpool) at the time of writing have not disappointed our expectations.
My sister was sent home from hospital with end-of-life care. It became apparent that we needed help to keep her at home which was her wish that’s when Apollo stepped in. All the carers treated my sister with tenderness, courtesy and dignity. I cannot fault the care she received. The carers always had time to chat and to make her a cup of tea after they had given her the care and attention she needed. The attention to care was tremendous and they treated my sister with respect. We were contacted every now and again by the company just to check all was as it should be again over and above. They gave us as a family such support and me personally gave me the strength to cope throughout my sister's care. Sadly my sister lost her fight with cancer and again the support we received from the team was second to none.
Everything and everybody is brilliant.
I stopped teatime calls as at times, nobody called before 6.30 pm. On one occasion it was 7.35 pm, which is more like a bedtime call and far too late for a teatime meal. I would prefer morning calls to be between 10.00 am and 11.00 am. On the whole, staff are friendly and courteous.
I am very happy with the management and carers, they are all very efficient, caring and show dignity and friendliness to my husband, who has Parkinson's.
I am very pleased and happy with the care that I receive. I couldn't ask for better and all the staff are wonderful.
The service is good and the carers are very friendly.
I would like to say a very big thank you for the wonderful care and kindness your carers are giving to my mother. They are fantastic. I live a considerable distance from my mother who is 104yrs old and quite fragile. They keep me informed and it is a great comfort to know she is so well cared for.
