Absolutely fantastic care for my elderly grandparents from all the staff at Apollo Care West Wirral. All the staff treat my grandparents with dignity, support them with their own independence and all the carers are highly trustworthy!

With doctors, nurses, and hospital beds being in short supply the combination of hospital. Apollo Care (West Wirral) has proved to be all I could have wished for with all the obvious advantages of being treated at home. Without exception and in all their different ways I enjoy all the visits of your staff and thankfully since the New Year my health has improved dramatically.

My review is that Apollo comes every week and provides a satisfactory service during the week and on Saturday mornings. (They do not come Saturday nights or all day Sunday because I wish to do the medications myself.) They also do the dishes when they come they do washing when they have to and clean the table tops and when they have to do the bedding. I am satisfied with them.

Staff friednly, caring and willing to go above and beyond if needed. Always able to make contact with staff for advice and help. Good service.

I am very happy with the care I have received from all the members of the Apollo Care team which has allowed me to remain in my own home. Everyone has been helpful, polite and caring in providing my care.

My mum has been receiving care from Apollo Care (West Wirral) for the past 2 years and we have been very happy with the service. We have been impressed by the agency’s reliability, flexibility, and willingness to accommodate our requests and by the carers’ punctuality, kindness and helpfulness, and it has been so nice for Mum to have the consistency of a small number of regular carers. If ever there have (rarely) needed to be any last-minute changes to the schedule, Mum has always been notified and has never been let down. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Apollo Care.

Both my parents have received the best care from all the team throughout the last few years. It’s meant so much knowing I could completely trust Apollo Care. My parents were so fond of everyone who came into their lives. The team at the office have also been very supportive throughout the time and I was grateful for their kindness and compassion. I will miss them too!

I chose Apollo for the friendliness of the staff. The firm has that cast feel of home that I really like. They are always punctual, good value for money as they work till the end of the visit. Also, they are always there at the end of the phone if you have any problems. So taken all around I am very happy with my care provider.

The staff and management always go the extra mile to take exceptional care of the client. Nothing is too much trouble. The health and well-being of our relative has always been their upmost concern. We would not hesitate to recommend Apollo Care.

The staff at Apollo Care provided excellent care for my father. The team and managers supported the whole family with my father's illness. They all showed compassion but were professional at all times.

As a family, we want to say a massive thank you to everyone involved in dad's care over the last 2 years. The difference they made, not only to his life, but to the families has been overwhelming, and the love, care and support shown by all at Apollo West Wirral has been second to none.

The carers have always treated my mum with dignity and respect. They remain happy even under difficult situations. Two carers, in particular, have always provided a really good care period for my mum. Also, I have only seen one carer on one occasion, but she helped Mum come to terms with a new type of undergarment which I fully appreciated - thanks.

Our elderly, disabled mother viewed her carers as her friends, a tribute to the warmth and respect with which they supported and cared for her. My brother and I will always be grateful for Apollo’s responsiveness, patience and guidance in helping us to adjust to Mum’s decline into dementia, and manage (for nearly five years) my mother’s care needs. We both live a long way from Mum and were particularly impressed that Apollo kept us well informed and used initiative to deal with issues promptly to ensure Mum’s continued safety and wellbeing. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found such a high level of professionalism and commitment to caring.

The carer was punctual and polite to both myself and my mother. She answered my questions efficiently and was able to help me with changes to my weekly rota. Would definitely recommend Apollo Care.

The manager and the carers have always been very responsive and supportive of my mother's needs. Some carers have also become good friends with my mum. Many thanks for your continued service that has enabled my mother to live in her own home and which provides me with an overall peace of mind that she is being well looked after.

I feel we were very lucky to find Apollo for their care services for Mum. They had been highly recommended and have not disappointed. Their staff and admin are excellent. Their clients review policies are very good and provide valuable feedback both for family and for the carers. The never hesitate to ring or email with a concern and so we feel very reassured. They quickly organise to take Mum for a hospital visit or anything we have asked, outside the planned visits. Also, the carers bring much joy to her life, both for doing the essentials, having nice chats, and also taking her for a short drive to 'see the sea' or have a coffee.

Pleasantly surprised considering some of the horror stories we've heard relating to some of the home care services on offer. My elderly mother is very happy with the service she receives from Apollo which is all that matters!

We are delighted with the care given to our mum by Apollo Care (West Wirral) - the carers are polite, respectful and helpful and the office staff are quick to respond and also friendly and approachable. We would very much recommend the manager and her wonderful team.
