View Full Details of Atlas Care Services Ltd - PeterboroughMy step mother came home for end of life care in her home in February this year. The service offered to me by the hospital was Atlas Care Services Ltd - Peterborough. They were swift and everything was in place immediately. She had a night carer three times a week whilst I covered the rest. She had the most amazing carers. Her two regular carers couldn't have done enough for her and dignity was held throughout. Sadly she passed this Tuesday. I want to thank seven members of staff for the care they showed her in the last seven weeks.
If you get given this outfit, make sure you install a camera as I did, most of the carers are a liability so you have to be there and don’t take your eyes off them. We banned a certain individual who bullied my mother and was horrible. Luckily we got blister packs from the chemist, before that it was a shambles, not giving the correct meds etc, they call themselves carers. They didn’t even do my mum's hair you had to tell them to do anything, every day there was an issue. Luckily I was switched on and didn’t trust them, that’s why I said make sure you get a camera fitted. The management are useless I never see a manager, you will get a supervisor who is also a liability and like arguing and lying. My mother went into hospital and this bunch of spineless outfit didn’t have the audacity to send us condolences when my mother passed, that just about shows what this bunch is all about.
