The carers have very bad hygiene and many concerns about the cleaning as well. The managers didn’t listen to the complaints and force you to accept carers not suitable for your child and keep ignoring your requests and your complaints about who is suitable or not. Gave misleading information to the social service not based on any evidence. Overall is one of the worst home care agencies in Hillingdon and the carers most of the time arrive late and don’t have enough good backup carers to cover your calls when someone gets sick they call in the last minute. They are not hiring the right people in the right place. Very bad managing especially one manager, and not listening to your complaints and trying to sort them out! They cancel the calls at short notice without finding any replacement. I don’t recommend this agency to anyone especially if you have an autistic child. They don’t have well-experienced carers and are not helpful at all.

The care provided by the company is just above average. It is an operation of extremes. There are carers who excel and there are others who don't.

Care workers are very good.

The staff are always helpful and efficient. They treat my mother with care. The staff usually arrive on time and there for the duration of the call. I am usually told if the staff are not coming to the call and they try and replace the usual staff with others that are available. Overall I am very happy with the service.

I have been a service user of Avant Healthcare for four years and have found the carers to be most helpful in my needs of their service and if they are running late, I have been notified by the carer or the office when to expect them.

My carers are very good. The people in the office can sometimes be not helpful. Sorry, that's how I feel.

Care workers are very good.
