We have nothing but praise for Belvoir Home Care. For the past five years, they have provided a highly professional, competent and reliable standard of care for my wife who is quadriplegic. They have been unfailingly generous and friendly and in many ways, have gone beyond the routine needs but provided many additional acts of kindness and support.

An excellent home care provider with professional, well trained staff who genuinely care. They provide an excellent level of care and made clear, positive progress with my mother-in-law despite her failing health. In addition to this they respected the needs and circumstances of the family and worked with us to provide the best home care possible. I cannot recommend Belvoir Home Care enough.

My Belvoir team could not be more supportive. They give me space to try things myself before offering assistance. Each one readily undertakes many different household tasks and several have taken me to medical appointments, staying with me when appropriate (40). Those who come most often obviously retain the details of where I like things put e.g. for easy reach on the bedside table, pots and pans in the kitchen, placing of clothes for the next day for washing, but all respond readily to requests. They bring cheerfulness into my house and demonstrate a professional approach plus kindness.

On the whole, I find the standard of care I receive is good. I changed from another agency as they were poor. Certain carers are excellent. They handle me well and with dignity. Their attention to detail is excellent. They are excellent carers.

My care team come in at 9.30 am each day full of cheer and full of energy even if I don't and care for me with anything I need. Which put my family at ease knowing I am being looked after.

My experience of Belvoir Home Care has been excellent from the start. I am supported by a very caring, professional, and well-trained team who take pride in doing a good job and ensuring my comfort. At the same time, they patiently encourage my independence and mobility. I have recommended Belvoir to others in my area who are looking for home careers and would do so again without hesitation.

My mother has dementia and wants to stay in her own home for as long as possible. Carers from Belvoir Home Care Ltd have been coming to her twice a day for a year now and I've been so grateful for the wonderful care and service they provide. I am able to keep track of the visits via a very useful app, which is updated twice a day. All the carers have been professional, friendly, hardworking and enable my mum to be safe and comfortable in her house. Without their help this would simply not be possible now. I would recommend Belvoir Home Care Ltd without hesitation to anyone who wants a friendly local service.

First of all I would like to thank everyone at Belvoir Home Care, for everything you have all done for my wife day after day, not only my wife but me as well, you always bring a smile to my face when I feel at a low point, and to the carer for the Valentine card chocolates and bear you got and told me this is from your wife, I think she would have got you this. She is always doing things to help and lift you up when you're not at your best. All of my wife's careers are fantastic lady's, if you need someone to help look after your loved ones this is the right places. I have been told today 17/03/21 that my wife has started end of life and to put into words how I am feeling I cannot do, but with the support and help from the carer and all Belvoir carers, we will get though it.

I enjoyed the prompt, early morning visit to shower and dress me and then for a cup of tea or coffee and an exchange of views by all the various carers in the group. Their positive attitude and concern are appreciated. And the management's willingness to accommodate my occasional extra morning's duties are helpful.
