They are good with Mum, as she can be difficult at times but they are patient and explain what they are doing and why, which I am happy about. I am always happy to hear from the carers if they have any concerns and will help as much as I can. Very satisfied with the service.
The carers from Cavell Healthcare are mostly consistent and well informed of my father's needs. They treat him with respect and do not talk down to him. I am happy with the fact if they see a problem of any kind coming to the fore, they can inform me. They are friendly, polite and professional and my dad is comfortable with them in his home.
They do a good job with personal care. They tend to talk amongst themselves and not to the client. This is 70/30% - 70% talking to each other, 30% talking to the client.
When I became unwell and found everything so difficult each day, I was urged to try having a carer, I fought against it. As it became worse, I had to agree to try. A lady came to visit me, she was so caring and kind, listened to my feelings and reassured me about a carer, just for me! Well, I agreed. Then, along came a very kind and caring helper, who made me a lovely cup of tea and toast and brought it through for me. She sat and had a little chat, which I really loved. She made me feel 'special', cared for and left me happy.

I have used this business in excess of 18-months and in this time, I have been visited by over 30 carers, all have been good and in many cases excellent.
I have been having care provided to me for almost a year now and am very pleased with the service provided to me. I have carers twice a day, morning and evening. I have always found all staff very good and always willing to help.
Very satisfied with the standard of care. Carers are efficient and friendly. My wife and I are housebound, so we look forward to their visits, which are the only people we see on a regular, daily basis.

Carers come once a day. They are all kind and respectful. They all show concern for my husband. He is not always prepared to have a wash or to allow them to put cream on his legs. I enjoy their visits!
I was admitted to Hospital in July 2015 and since then have been cared for at home by four different care providers. Whilst being cared for by the third provider there was very little to choose between them so I took their standards as the norm. That was until I was placed with Kare Plus. Initially, I thought that my carers were so good. I must be lucky to have such a thoughtful and caring person looking after me. But as different carers arrived I was amazed at their excellence not only are these carers giving such compassion in caring, the management and office staff are helpful and friendly - Brilliant.
Your operatives are always timely on arrival. Never seem urgent to leave before time slot and appear to make father's day with the lunchtime visit.
My carer has given me good support since my return home from hospital.

Kare Plus Norwich provided excellent care for my father - providing what he needed - as he needed it. They also showed compassion and consideration towards my mother who although not needing their care - respected that they were in her home too. Kare Plus Norwich were flexible in meeting needs and always responded promptly and effectively if any concerns were raised making dad's final days good ones.
We are, on the whole, happy with the care Kare Plus Norwich. My husband very much prefers the continuity of carers and finds constant change difficult. This continuity has improved recently. Kare Plus Norwich has always been helpful if we need a change in caring (eg living in help). We much appreciate this.
The carers have been coming here for a few months now and they have been very helpful and polite. They offer assistance if required and have a chat. They get me my drinks as well. They also speak to my wife. They do a very good service.
We have been using Kare Plus Norwich for some 6 months and are very happy with the care provided. On occasion, we have had to change the timings of the visits and they are happy to oblige. All the carers we have met have been enthusiastic and helpful. I cannot thank them enough.

They do a difficult job well. Timekeeping is sometimes erratic but given the many factors which affect this, it's understandable. Lack of journey time between clients is often given as the reason. What you have done has relieved pressure on my wife and family and has also helped me towards the road to recovery.
