The vast majority of the carers, particularly the regular members of staff who attend to him are very knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. They are very friendly and approachable with my Dad and are always polite and work hard. The staff are very approachable to me and always willing to help. Management has been very professional with me and willing to be flexible.

On the whole, the experience has been a good one and Dad is comfortable and happy with the carers who come. He is treated with dignity and is well looked after. We are happy with the new times that have been implemented and it is better that his catheter bag is not getting too full in between visits (therefore making it safer for Dad). The only criticism I have is that I feel that if the carer is going to be over 30 minutes late that someone from the office should ring to inform Mum and she should not have to find the office to find out what's happening. She is in her 80's and not well herself so this can be very stressful especially if Dad's bag is getting full. I just want her to not have stressful situations when I am not here and I think this would help.

I have no problem with the carers, they are so lovely with my husband, they talk to him, and encourage him, I can't say enough about them, I would recommend them to all. We are lucky to have them. Thank you.

Hi, I would like to give a massive thank you and top marks to all carers. They care for Dad so well, kind, caring and above and beyond expectations. Dad is not easy lately, his dementia is making him moody, bad-tempered and aggressive. They all cope so well and need a big pat on the back for their endless care of Dad. Love you all.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Special shout out to the lady who has been an absolute rock for my aunt. The staff really go the extra mile to take care of all of my aunt's needs. We could not ask for more.

I strongly recommend Kare Plus Preston. The staff are friendly and compassionate with their clients. They take good care of my Aunty with their professional skills and are always very friendly and compassionate when they visit. She could not have been taken care of by better carers. So pleased with the excellent service provided after my mother-in-law was sent home from hospital after a fall. She was given twenty-four hour care with a specific carer and I really can’t praise her enough. She was so caring, gentle and thoughtful and looked after all her needs. She stayed with her at all times, night and day, for a full week, some nights having very little sleep. Nothing got her down and she dealt with it efficiently. Another carer again cared and nursed her so well. Thank you to your company, it’s nice to know there’s still some kind people about.

The services delivered by Kare Plus was top-notch. All visits are so unique and my family and I always looked forward to their visits. The carers always come in with smiles on their faces. It's a wonderful experience with Kare Plus.

I would certainly recommend Kare Plus Preston. The carers visited 4 times a day and were very respectful, friendly, helpful and some went way beyond the call of duty to accommodate my mum's needs. The company has been very flexible when I needed to change their calls. Thank you for looking after my precious mum.

The office staff always makes sure my needs are met to their highest abilities. They are friendly, helpful, accommodating (if need to change dates or times) the best I have ever used. The staff who come in my home are warm, friendly and respectful towards the client. I have recommended this company to many people as they are worthy to go far.

Very pleasant staff. Always punctual and professional. They have a chat with mum and make her comfortable and at ease. They provided a very valuable service at a time in mum's care. Kare Plus Preston team have been a great positive impact on both my mum and personally my life, they are a great care team.

The care you gave our mum after her terminal diagnosis was excellent. She loved all the carers who came to look after her and dad in her final months. Your professionalism was exemplary and this helped mum who was a private and proud person become relaxed and reassured in your care. We cannot thank you enough for helping us at this time.

I've used a few agencies which haven't been able to deal with my needs but found Kare Plus to be the best. Hurdles are no problem to this company. They have incorporated things like school runs, social activities for my daughter, as well as catering for my every need. I wouldn't be the independent person I am today without this company. They've bent over backwards to help at every level. I've managed my own care plan incorporating social activities for myself such as swimming, shopping, visiting family, just day to day life skills also giving my carer their vital respite so everyone is happy.
