The manager took my initial call and was very helpful. We arranged suitable care visits, and the carer is now coming to visit Mum & take her out on a regular basis. They have a great relationship and Mum looks forward to her weekly visits. It's also a great help for me!

The carer arrived on time & spent time chatting to hubby, he was pleased to have a night sitter making him feel safer as he's a double amputee. She was friendly & helpful. Hubby says they had a good rapport.

So pleased we are with Braeburn Care, the care professionals are all so lovely, they treat my husband and I with dignity and compassion. They help us both mentally and physically. We feel like they are one of our family. Would not hesitate to recommend them, such lovely, kind people. In summary, care professionals are lovely and management team lovely, highly recommend.

The cleaner was hardworking, pleasant, friendly and reliable. She was a joy to have around and a credit to Braeburn Care. We only have her for three months, free of charge, as I was struggling with all the caring duties. Thank you on behalf of my husband.

Firstly, I would take this opportunity for thank you and introducing my wife and I to our carer. Our carer is a very kind and professional young lady. Her time babysitting me was informative and a great pleasure. Our carer displays great understanding and empathy. She clearly will be a great asses to your company and would be welcome in our house at any time. Again, may I thank you as our carer's employees, who clearly nurture the best in people and can be supportive on their career path.

All staff present themselves with exemplary dress sense. All express gentle positive care showing initiative and willingness most reassuring and constructive to mental and physical well being to client in frail health. Management excellent. Time keeping excellent.

Braeburn Care were recommended to me to support my 94 year old aunt, who was struggling and there was evidence of self neglect. I live hundreds of miles away and finding the right care provider is both daunting and challenging. Braeburn Care eliminated all my concerns. They are professional, compassionate, kind and non judgemental and provide a first class service. The manager, is very professional and easy to engage with. She provided me with assurance about the quality of care her team would provide. True to her word she was highly involved in getting to know my aunt, doing a deep clean of her home with kindness and compassion, providing suggestions based on her experiences, without judgement. The carers, who now support my aunt in independent living, are all professional and kind. They engage with my aunt every day and provide me with a daily update, which gives me complete trust in their care. I cannot recommend Braeburn Care highly enough.

I contacted Braeburn Care after my mother's sight became too impaired for her to safely live alone. Cooking and other routine activities had become impossible and/or dangerous. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism, patience, courtesy and cheerfulness of all the staff members I met and had no concerns about leaving my mother in their duty of care. As I live overseas and obviously have no ability to check in on my mother quickly, then it was critical that all her needs were being met and her own happiness and independence were being maintained and I'm very happy to say that Braeburn is fully meeting those requirements. They are an excellent group of carers and are thoroughly recommended to anyone.

My mother lives alone, is elderly and has early onset dementia and Alzheimers. We are a close and loving family but cannot be with her all the time and this is where Braeburn comes in. The carers are lovely, truly care for my mother and most importantly spend time with her. The management team are very easy to talk to and are extremely receptive to our requests and any concerns. I would recommend Braeburn to anyone who has an elderly relative who wants to remain independent in their home as long as possible.

The management helped us work through my father's initial reluctance to having carers come into his home. He now has very nice compassionate carers who treat him well and with dignity and his care package is working well.

I find that the carers provided by Braeburn do the job proffessionaly and with a sense of humour, and also treat my wife as a human being.

I have nothing but praise for the two carers from Braeburn Care who have been visiting my husband. I am told by the staff there how good they are and I know how much my husband likes them. Thank you Braeburn Care.

I was very reluctant to use a care service but needed to. I was extremely surprised by the way my mother-in-law took to carers. They looked after her needs very well.
