The girls are always polite, helpful and really charming to have in the house. This has been a new experience for me and I could not have managed without their care. I am getting better and I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Very happy with the care and support provided for my mum. The carers have been very patient with her and she has shown a vast improvement in her mobility. I can see that she is very happy with the way the carers communicate and support her. I would definitely recommend Caremark.

The service from this company was excellent. The carers were diligent and thoughtful. Their help towards my mother was kind with empathy, without trying to take over everything. My mother was always asked if she wanted some help - the carers didn't assume anything. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with all the service provided - customer service very good, carers - very good. Support for me look after my dad and asking for certain things to be done at certain times and dates - all taken in their stride and no arguments. They are such a good company and we're so pleased to use them.

The carers from Caremark are very professional and take their time in ensuring that my mother is comfortable at each and every visit. The company is also very reactive and has support our requests fully, even when made at short notice.

I find all of my carers are very helpful and willing. Watching me to make sure my medicines are taken and also if I am in the shower making sure I am safe. The cup of tea they make me is always welcome too.

Wonderful, good communication. My Mum has Huntington's Disease - they manage her to the best of her availability, she can be very unpredictable. They keep in touch and raise any concerns. The carers are compassionate, kind, and calm. My mum loves them!

The Caremark Team has been excellent. Always on time and helpful. They help me to shower in the morning and wash my hair. Walk with me in the garden and chat about my life and theirs. It is very interesting to hear about the countries they come from and their families.

I came out of hospital after having an op on my shoulder, which was extremely painful. I needed assistance in dressing, washing, and many other things - Caremark staff were so helpful and professional. They also adapted to my requirements - for which 'thank you'. Overall a very good service.

We are very happy with the support our son receives from Caremark. We have had consistent support from one support worker, which is important to us. She is kind, lively, and takes good care of our son.
