Kindhearted care provided excellent care & companionship for my 94yr old mother when she was struggling to cope at home on her own. Initially once a day which increased to 4 times a day. Not only did they provide excellent care she also valued their friendship & nothing was too much trouble adapting to her different needs & I would have no hesitation in recommending them for your loved ones.

Kind Hearted care took care of my mother after she had an accident and became disabled for a number of months. During her recovery, she needed personal care assistance and meal prep on a daily basis. This company came to my mum 3 times a day, every day for a few months whilst mum recovered and regained her strength. And they were just wonderful all the staff we met were extremely kind and caring towards my mum and all of us in all honesty. As happy as we were that Mum made a full recovery and was able to regain her independence we were sad to lose the Kind Hearted care team they became a part of the family. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of care company they are a company that can be trusted with your loved ones.

Excellent, reliable, caring service. Staff always happy to help and give advice whenever possible to make Mum's life as pleasant as possible. Owner is always available via telephone and is happy to share her knowledge to ease my concerns as Mum's dementia progresses.

These carers look after my next-door neighbour who has dementia, coming twice a day to do various jobs and give personal care. They are reliable and understanding. I know this from personal experience as they looked after my husband for two years, coming four times a day. They were a great support to me and my family and still check to make sure I'm alright.

Kind Hearted Care has been providing care compassion and comfort to my mum for the last two years. They are a small team and nothing seems to be too much trouble in fact the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that Mum's needs a met.

More than satisfied with the care my mother-in-law has received from Kind Hearted Care. All the staff are helpful, friendly, capable and caring. I have every confidence that they are providing the best care possible. Online access to the care notes ensures we are always fully informed and if the carers have any particular concerns they will always contact us directly to discuss.

The staff were all caring and once they all got used to my relative's condition and knew her personality they were able to offer advice. The carers were caring and adaptable to conditions as things advanced.

Kind Hearted Care initially looked after both Mum and Dad and from the outset, each and every carer has been kind and compassionate. My parents looked forward to their visits. Since Mum passed away they have increased care for my Dad and it is so reassuring knowing we can trust them implicitly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KHC.
