I have no problems with service. Any problems reported attended to with no delay. My wife's auntie gets along with all the carers.
Home instead are providing an excellent service for my parents who are 94 & 92 and suffer from dementia to some extent. I live 200 miles away and depend on the service provided and have POAs in place. My parents and I rely on the service provided as the local council are unable to provide support to the levels I am comfortable with due to the budget constraints the council operate under
Excellent service, all staff kind, considerate and empathetic. Frequent communication easy, enabling prompt updates and changes to care. Only needed to use this service for a few months, however it was invaluable. I would not hesitate to use this service again.
I have been very impressed with the manager and her team. All conversations have been centered around my mum and how they can help. They have adapted to my need for additional care. I can't thank them enough. My mum is being well looked after and is really happy with the help provided. No question has been too much trouble.

The service I have from Home Instead is excellent. My carers do more than I ask, with a will. Kindness and respect are forthcoming at all times, they treat me like my favourite aunty! We got along very well.
The home care service stays in touch and always responds quickly to any questions. The carer is a perfect match and she is happy to discuss possible activities with me and to fit in with my domestic arrangements.
Home Instead South Lanarkshire provide a wonderful service to my mother which is allowing her to remain in her own home at the age of almost 94. Carers are kind, courteous and caring and office staff very amenable to help with any extra requests from the family.
Professional care provider with friendly and approachable staff. They have successfully accommodated all care requests. All the staff have provided an excellent service with frequent updates and reviews. Communication has been outstanding.
Efficient and considerate of Dad's needs. Listen to our comments, very happy to accommodate any changes to Dad's care that may be required. All staff caring and friendly. Dad was treated with respect and dignity at all times by all care staff.
Overall I appreciate the support they have provided me over the years. Could however pay closer attention to their client's preferred wants and needs. I understand however this is not been easy due to the shortage of staff etc, perhaps employing more care workers would help. Communication is poor between all including office staff, care workers, team leaders and clients and needs improvement.
Home Instead provides personal care for my friend who has disabilities resulting from a stroke, all the carers are great and valued, as are all the staff. They are considerate to his needs and also realise that routine plays an important part in his care. If I ask for help or advice they will help if they can..so thank you Home Instead.
My experience is good. The continuity of same care staff and also the same time each day is very important to my husband due to his Alzheimer's condition. The time sheet that I receive each Friday afternoon for the following week is also appreciated. The care staff are always professional, understanding and make my husband feel at ease which is a great help to myself.
