My elderly mother has been the beneficiary of excellent and extremely professional care provision from Prime Home Care for the last six months. Having seen my mother exposed to sub-standard care from two other care agencies prior to that, I was thrilled to come across a web link to Prime Home Care in January 2024. This agency had great web reviews and were quick and enthusiastic to step in with an excellent home care package for my mother at a very crucial time. From the outset, the Manager of Prime Home Care and the office-based staff have done their utmost to compile and maintain a care package which is 'tailor-made' to my mother's personal care requirements. The carers themselves are a fabulous team, all working together for my mother's best interests. I have witnessed their thorough care of and courtesy and respect towards my mother. I can see from my mother's well-being and happiness that she is truly 'at home' with her Prime Home Care carers. Thank you so much, Prime Home Care!

The caregivers not only demonstrated professionalism but also genuine compassion and empathy towards my mother's needs. They took the time to understand her preferences, routines and concerns, creating a personalized care plan that catered to her individual requirements. One aspect that truly impressed me was the level of communication maintained. They kept me informed about my mother's well-being, providing regular updates and promptly addressing any concerns I had. Very happy with the service. My mother's primary carers are fantastic and very caring and thoughtful in circumstances which are not always easy. Both my brother and I work and we would like my mother to enjoy living in her own home for as long as possible. Prime Home Care plays a key role for us in that.

My friend recommended Prime Home Care to me, and I'm so glad they did. I have received great care. The carers are always on time, friendly and always willing to help. I nearly always have the same carer, which is nice as I don't have to explain everything over and over again. The office staff are lovely too.

Excellent company. They help my elderly neighbour with all her needs. Friendly, timely carers. She is always telling us how much they respect her and her belongs and nothing is ever too much. Highly recommended.

Prime Home Care are currently one of the best care agencies I've had the pleasure of working with for my sister with mental health needs. They are very thorough, with documentation and written care plans, very thoughtful and understanding of her needs, extremely professional in their conduct and mannerisms which is a rarity among care agency management and they ensure the smooth running of my sister's care so I've not had to intervene in any matters except that they were handled efficiently.

My mother passed away on 07th December 2022. She was with your care team for the last 8 months. I can surely say that she had the best care in her life. Your staff served her with love, passion and personal touch, and I believe this is far more than we expect. Your staff were so close to my mum, even though she was very difficult to handle due to her dementia and personal factors. But your staff came up with new ways (and lovely ways) to handle her. They are stars, superstars. We all love them. Me and my whole family really obliged to all of your staff coming to our home. Please pass my good wishes on to all of your staff. God bless you. I will visit your office to see you and say hi to everyone very soon.

My friend looks forward to her carers visiting and she absolutely enjoys her company. Office staff are easy to contact and visit often or keep in touch over phone to ensure things are going well. Very fond of care coordinator from the agency!

I am very grateful for the support and advice provided by the team. They have always been very professional, courteous and helpful. The helper at home is refreshingly friendly, polite and approachable. I would strongly recommend this company as they have been excellent throughout and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I find the office staff are very nice, if I have any problems they will sort them out. The two carers I have are very helpful and know my needs, in fact, they are helpful even having chats, which is lovely as I can't get out there at the moment. I wouldn't change this company. I am very satisfied, very pleased.

My care workers are very helpful and polite. They assist me with everything I need. My carer is one of the best carers I have had until now. Whenever I need help she is there to help me out. Always keeps me updated with her timings etc. Overall all the carers are good and supportive and helpful.

My daughter has a mental age of four/five years old so we, her parents, brief the carers. All carers treat her with dignity and respect her life. Also, management are very good and adjust to her requirements. My Homecare is a very good company. I recommend to every person who requires similar care.

My Homecare are caring for our elderly, housebound neighbour. They treat him with respect and dignity and show excellent standards in all respects of his care. the staff are trustworthy and reliable. Everything is done promptly and professionally. The management are always available and resolve and questions you may have efficiently and with care and consideration. Overall 10/10.

The carer is always punctual, very relaxed, kind and caring. It is very clear that she enjoys looking after people. The ideal person for this type of job.

The carers provided by My Homecare who look after my mother are very professional, caring and supportive to my mother who has Alzheimers and other complex medical conditions. In particular, the carers who come on Saturdays definitely go the extra mile in caring for my mother by engaging with her and keeping her stimulated and mentally and emotionally active as sometimes with her physical health, she is not always very mobile. Though the other carer is very good at getting my mother to go for short walks as keeping her physically active is just as important as her mental health. My only limitation is I cannot afford to pay for more hours that would benefit my mother and me.

My mother has been receiving care from My Homecare of rover 2 years now and we are both very happy with the service they provide for her. She is treated with dignity and empathy by both management and carers and her regular carer, in particular, has a wonderful rapport with her and regularly goes the extra mile. For myself, I am also impressed with the professionalism of the management team

I find the office staff are very nice, if I have any problems they will sort them out. The two carers I have are very helpful and know my needs, in fact, they are helpful even having chats, which is lovely as I can't get out there at the moment. I wouldn't change this company.
