View Full Details of Crosspath Care LtdCrosspath Care have been outstanding excellent and caring. I can not find the right words to describe the fantastic, amazing support they have provided. Their friendliness and empathy is 100% Many thanks, Crosspath Care.
My son has been with Crosspaths since the summer 2024. I couldn't ask for a better company to trust with the care of my son, always someone on the end of the phone. The girls/men who are part of a team that collects my son to take him to his farm are brilliant. My son loves them all, he does have a favourite, one of the staff is always at the door with a smile, rings of she's running late in traffic. I find it very hard to trust anyone with my son as his care has always been me. I really couldn't be happier.
Thanks to Crosspath Care Ltd, I'm now the healthiest and most able in my life. Despite my disabilities, I've been kept out of psychiatric hospital for over 3 years, which is the longest I've stayed out in the community, since 2003. My family state that they've never seen me this well in my life, as I've been mentally ill since I was very young. Crosspath Care Ltd staff help me by empowering me and promoting my independence. I've maintained a healthy BMI for around 1 and a half years, which helps me achieve so much more. I now have 5 volunteer jobs, and I have a job interview in the healthcare sector coming up for paid employment. So now I'm ready to give something back, to help to make a difference like Crosspath have done for me. Thank you for all you do. You help save lives and I'm grateful to finally have a sense of purpose, now.
Care staff have been considerate and supportive in what is a difficult and challenging situation at times. They have gone out of their way to find a variety of experiences to take mum out to. These have ranged from the usual garden centres and coffee shops to church services, cat cafes and the RSPB bird watch weekend. They are quick to respond to changed visit needs and keep good notes of their interactions with Mum. Medication is given on time and as instructed. Checks are made on whether meals are being taken and reminders given for personal care, assisting where asked.
