Working as a support worker at A & L Enablement Services (Care and Support) Limited was an incredibly fulfilling experience. The organization is committed to providing exceptional care, ensuring that both clients and employees feel valued and supported. The management was highly supportive, always encouraging growth through excellent training and career development opportunities. Their leadership fostered a positive and collaborative work environment, where employees felt appreciated and motivated. My colleagues were dedicated, kind, and always willing to help, creating a strong sense of teamwork. I highly recommend A & L Enablement Services to anyone looking for a professional and supportive workplace in the care sector. I will always be grateful for the invaluable experience, skills, and relationships I gained during my time there.

Excellent care was provided by A & L Enablement Services for my dad. Very helpful, supportive staff and very easy to communicate with the office so that we can update Dad's care as needed. Would definitely recommend this organisation to anyone looking for a small company that cares.

A & L are always available to discuss my father's needs, both personal, social and medical. They are diligent in all that they do and their care standards are the highest available. All of the staff have developed lasting relationships with my father and I am grateful for their kindness, honesty and their professionalism.

Sadly my husband has now had to go into residential care. During his time with A & L carers, he was happy, relaxed, and had a good friendly relationship with them. As the dementia got worse they were very kind and caring towards him. They were also very kind and caring to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. So sad the time has come to say goodbye to them.

A&L Enablement provided care for my mother-in-law for just under three weeks before her death. All of the staff that visited her were absolutely marvellous - very kind, caring, respectful and professional. All visits and times were scheduled weekly so we knew when to expect them. Their tracking app was very useful, keeping us informed of their visits while we were away from home. I would highly recommend A&L Enablement, a wonderful care team.

The care provided by this company was absolutely brilliant. They provided increased care for my mother-in-law as her general well-being deteriorated and her needs increased and were always caring and supportive towards her and us as family members. They were empathetic with our concerns and offered solutions and additional support as required. Communication was key and they always phoned/emailed depending on the urgency of their concern and were always happy to discuss any issues. I would totally recommend them and have recommended them to others.

After having a poor experience with another provider A & L was recommended to me to provide the care and support required. I have nothing but praise for all of the staff from management through to the superb carers. Rota details were always prompt and any changes were emailed through if required so we were always up to date with times and carer names. They also suggested improvements to help with the individual caring needs and carers would keep me up to date with any important issues. I cannot thank them enough.

A & L provided care for my Mum and Dad for six years. At first, it was Dad, and then when Mum needed care, they provided it for them both. I can highly recommend them as a care company. The carers are consistent, and the staff have worked there for many years. The care is a good standard, with staff going above and beyond. The office respond to queries and were flexible if we needed to adjust the rota for a special event. Mum needs to move to a care home, and we are sad to say goodbye to the carers who we have got to know well.

My father-in-law was cared for by the A & L Enablement team for around 6 months. I would highly recommend their care to anyone who needs support caring for a loved one. Their timekeeping and consistency of care never faltered. They took the time to get to know my father-in-law and his needs and did their very best to support him with those needs. They always kept the family updated on any changes in his health and were very quick to let us know when they had concerns about his welfare. The whole team (management especially) were very proactive in their approach to his care, often taking the initiative and phoning for medical support if they felt it was needed and always if they could not get hold of a family member. If my father-in-law needed simple items like milk or bread etc. they very kindly got these items for him rather than wait for the family to. Thank you to the manager and your team for your professionalism. We would highly recommend you to anyone wanting excellent care.

The carers and admin at A&L Enablement Services were very professional and excellent to work with. They responded quickly to a changing care situation without fuss and were there to support me. They provided excellent care to my dad. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have used the services of A & L Enablement Services (Care & Support) for his personal care for several years now. Over this time he has been treated with respect and kindness by all the carers he sees, even though on occasions he can be a little grumpy when he has an off day. The carers try hard to maintain his dignity at all times whilst being friendly but professional. They also take the time to listen to and show an interest in what my husband has to say and have a laugh with him.

A & L is an extremely well-led service putting clients' needs first with outstanding compassion. All staff are professional, friendly and caring individuals. The service we receive is outstanding and caters for the needs of my mum empowering her to make decisions about the type of care received. Any amendments to carers' schedules are dealt with in a timely manner. Nothing is too much trouble. It is the best care provider we have experienced and we are very grateful for the dedication and support aligned to a CQC rating of good. Many thanks to all.

The service currently provided has been first class, with staff completing all tasks as requested within the time frame of their visit. Where ever additional support or help has been requested, these tasks have been taken on with ease.

The staff are consistently good and never let me down. They are very caring and efficient and always helpful towards myself and my wife. I would not be able to stay at home without them visiting me every day.

A&L have looked after my Mum for the last 4 years. Almost without exception, their choice of the care staff employed has been brilliant, as has the management and office team. Even during the pandemic, there wasn't a single time where they didn't manage to get to see mum. I can't tell you how grateful I am to every single one of them. Sadly Mum now requires care from a nursing home following a number of falls and a worsening state of dementia. I will miss all the girls - they made my mum laugh. She even received a trophy from them, "Best loo in Coventry 2021"! Priceless. Thanks again everyone.

A&L had been providing my mum with weekly support/domestic help which was greatly appreciated and gave my mum additional company. Unfortunately, my mum's dementia worsened dramatically whilst I was not around to help. A&L stepped up and, despite their own pressures on time, etc, provided a daily visit to my mum to check that she was taking her medication correctly and that she was contented for the day. We have now moved to live-in care which A&L do not provide but they were able to recommend a carer agency which has been very good. All of the A&L staff members who provided support to my mum were really caring and helpful to her. Thank you so much for all your support.

All of the staff and carers at A&L have been absolutely wonderful, caring for my 75-year-old Mum who has mid-stage dementia, for 2 years until she has now moved into a care home. The carers are all so cheerful and happy and really brightened up Mum's day. The managers have been extremely helpful and flexible and able to adapt and adjust Mum's caring needs as they changed. I very highly recommend A&L! Thank you A&L.

We first used A & L to help Mum, and as her need increased, they gave her more support. Always found them all to be excellent in both care and communication. Sadly Mum passed away in April 2020. When Dad then needed some extra help in late 2021, we had no hesitation in contacting A & L, who once again were marvellous. Dad always enjoyed a bit of banter with the staff, and they were all very professional, caring and kind just as you would want. The staff are obviously treated well by the company as the same carers came to Dad as had come to Mum some 18 months earlier, which I know is not the case with a lot of other employers. So I would most certainly recommend A & L to anyone needing care at home.

We initially chose A & L as Mum only needed a medication visit and their pricing structure meant we didn’t need to pay for more time than necessary. However, as her needs increased we are so glad that we chose them as their care and support have been brilliant. They have always communicated any concerns and have made extra or longer visits at very short notice whenever they or I felt it was necessary. They also made practical suggestions as to how we could help Mum at home, and knowing that they obviously cared so much gave me peace of mind as I live some distance away. If A & L ran a care home we would have chosen that for Mum with no hesitation! Thank you to you all.

A&L Enablement carers have been supporting my friend for around a year and we are delighted with the service. The staff are kind, caring, and considerate. Communication is very good - carers ring me with appropriate queries. My queries to them are replied to promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend A&L to others.
