Was very pleased with the service. All the carers were very kind and helpful and prompt on time keeping, the carers cooked lunch, made sandwich for tea time, took all rubbish out, washed up and dried up and sat and chatted with mum.

We have used Alina since April 2023, we have found the staff very accommodating and caring, some of them going the extra mile to make my husband's illness more bearable. They have been punctual, always presented well and cheerful and give him time to be able to ask for anything. He has no problem understanding them either. The only comment would be he would like to get up earlier but has a time slot of 8:40 because of requiring two carers.

I had a hospital appointment and required cover to look after my wife. Within about half an hour of me phoning my request to the Lancing office, I had a reply letting me know it was all covered for the hours requested. On the day, the carer arrived on time and I was able to go knowing my wife would be well looked after as it was a young lady well known to my wife. On my return, all had gone well and my wife was in good spirits. I was most happy with the service we had received.

Alina have been amazing, nothing has been too much for them to sort, we have had to change things at short notice, and add things, which have been sorted with no fuss, the whole team have taken to my mum, and the rapport between them all is lovely to witness. I am so grateful for the way Mum has been cared for, the team are all friendly and have been supportive for the family as well.

I count myself very lucky to have found Alina Homecare. My dad was very reticent about the idea of care and so it was important for me to find people he'd feel happy and relaxed with (especially as he has some very personal care needs). The carers, manager and admin team have done everything they can to make life easier for us. Following our initial phone call, the Team Manager came to Dad's house to meet us and to tell us all about Alina. I could tell he was really listening to Dad and me and genuinely wanting to create the best care plan he could for meeting Dad's needs and wishes. Then the Senior Care Supervisor came to explain to us how the team would be putting the care plan into practice. The Alina Lancing Team are a highly professional and caring team of people. They're committed to treating clients and loved ones with respect, empathy and patience. I can absolutely recommend them to anyone needing care!

Mum was taken ill last year and was very poorly for a couple of months. I stayed with her until she was on the road to recovery but then needed to return to my own home. Alina Homecare was recommended to me by a friend and they have made it possible for me to live my own life confident that Mum has someone competent and caring keeping an eye on her. Mum is a very independent lady but she looks forward to their visits and is happy to have the carers in her home. Alina Homecare has been willing to change the level of care as needs have changed and I am so glad we found them.

My mother (94), and another elderly lady (97) living with my mother, had been receiving increasing amounts of home care over the last 4+ years until recently when they both moved into residential care. From the very first conversation with Alina Homecare I was confident that their excellent reviews were justified. Staff were very caring yet professional, both to mother and myself. It was easy to contact and communicate with Alina Homecare and they made every effort to provide additional hours as needs increased. There were many tears all round when my mother needed additional care that could not be provided at home. I would thoroughly recommend Alina Homecare. Many thanks to everyone.

My parents have used Alina Homecare Lancing for several years. When my mother (my dad's main carer) went into hospital on Boxing Day because of a fractured hip, we had to increase the homecare for my father substantially. My mum is now recovering from the hip operation at home and so they have Alina Homecare come in four times a day to do everything from personal care to preparing meals and administering medication. Alina are always professional and kind and willing to fit in with my parents' schedule of hospital visits, my dad's dialysis days, and even my brother's wedding for which they have gone beyond the call of duty. I recommend Alina Homecare Lancing without any hesitation, every one of their carers has been fantastic.

The manager and his team provide an amazing service for my elderly aunt. I feel confident and reassured that my aunt is extremely well looked after and all her needs attended to. My aunt is always happy and finds her carers warm, friendly and kind. The manager and the team are very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. They use the online system to log details of their visits and have allowed me access to this which is so helpful. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for extra help with loved ones. I know that my aunt is given all her medications appropriately and that any new health issues are reported to me immediately which is very comforting as I am unable to visit my aunt as often as I would like. Her home is always clean and her clothes and appearance neat and tidy thanks to their diligence. We are very lucky to have them in my aunt's daily life.

I have found Alina Homecare to be a well-managed care company with cheerful and caring staff. Having looked after my mother for over ten years I had no hesitation in employing them for myself when I needed extra support over five years ago. Needless to say, I continue to be impressed with their services and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been very impressed with the service provided by Alina Care. The management are excellent and happily facilitate any late changes to requirements if they can. I have met some of the carers personally and they are all very personable and professional. Their involvement with my mother has been a source of great comfort and relief to me, and she enjoys their visits too.

Alina Homecare Lancing has been really efficient in managing the service for my elderly father, and the staff are extremely caring and professional. The field coordinator is very accessible, and it is easy to make changes. I would definitely recommend this company for home care.

I am deeply impressed by the warm, friendly and professional approach of all the staff members who have helped me and my husband with his mixed dementia. They offer help whether for a few hours or full time with equal commitment and relational response. They treat their clients with dignity, knowledge, warmth and humour.

I am a service user that receives live-in care. My first initial assessment with Alina Homecare was great, I was made to feel comfortable expressing myself as the lady that assessed me made me feel at ease and made me feel she understood me. We had laughs as well as times I felt uncomfortable explaining what I will need, I was reassured that my needs were going to be met and so far they have. My field care supervisor has been so understanding and supportive so much so that she makes sure I am allocated to a carer that is best suited for my needs. She also has gone above and beyond to make sure those needs are met. Thank you to all of those at Alina Homecare Lancing!

All the staff do a very thorough, caring process when attending me. They ask what I would like and listen to my requests/needs. They leave my home tidy and ensure I'm happy before they leave. They reassure me while I'm transferred via hoist and make me comfortable in my recliner or bed always.

Fantastic service from Alina. Everything about them is great from management to the frontline carers. The quality of care to Dad in his last few weeks was special and the subsequent care of my Mum is frankly amazing. Seeing as I live so far from home, it's very reassuring to know she is being well cared for.

We cannot praise Alina staff and carers enough. They stepped up when we needed care for my mother in law after a fall, just before a holiday and got a care package in place in less than a day! What was initially was going to be a temporary arrangement for a couple of weeks became a normal package caring on a daily basis. One of the main reasons for this was the ladies who cared for her were empathetic, tender and reliable. They treated her with great respect and they became her friends and she looked forward to their visits. They made her last few months of independent living much easier and we do not hesitate to recommend their services for future clients.

We changed my mother's care to Alina (Lancing) 5/6 months ago and wish we'd done so sooner. The office staff are friendly and very responsive to extra requirements arising from time to time. The small team of carers for the local area are clearly of a much higher standard than those from our previous agency. We do not live locally and need a reliable service, which Alina clearly provide. The cost is slightly higher but well worth the difference. All in all, we are very pleased with Alina's professional and personal service.

My mum likes all of her carers. Alina Homecare Lancing try to give her the same carers so she has got to know a small number well and formed trusting relationships with them. Mum has especially enjoyed social visits to church and knitting, talking and watching films when church has closed during Covid. The carers keep the family up to date with Mum’s needs.
