View Full Details of Apex Healthcare Service LtdThe management keeps in contact. The carers are very kind, helpful and efficient.
I am very satisfied with all my carers they do everything they can to make my life easier. It has taken the pressure off my 2 daughters who know I am well looked after and they can relax and devote their time to their children and grandchildren. I know that if my disability worsens I can increase the hours my cares give me.
We are extremely grateful to have APEX Healthcare Service on board, with their amazing team of dedicated carers who do their job in a professional, respectful and touchingly caring manner. It is reassuring to know that mum, although no longer able to communicate, is being treated with dignity and kindness. It is only with the support, love, consideration and attention to detail of our wonderful regular carers, that we are able to keep mum living with us at home.
The carers were friendly, treated me with respect and never made me feel they were in a hurry. I looked forward to each morning to have someone to talk to and the help I needed to get washed and dressed. They also encouraged me to develop my independence back in personal care post-operation.
We are very happy with Apex Healthcare. They are reliable and sort out any problems quickly. Our regular carers are jolly, kind and very hardworking. They have become part of the family. Thank you.
I find my usual carer to be very friendly and caring. She is punctual and good company. Other than that I have no further comments.
I have no complaints. Everyone has been kind and helpful including watering my plants on the patio.
My experience with Apex both when contacting the office and the care workers at my parent's home has been very positive throughout the duration of Home Care Provisions. The office has been accommodating with rotas when I have made appointments for parents. I have found the Live-In carer to be most courteous and caring for parents in daily interactions. Those providing 'break' and holiday cover and transport to/from appointments are to be courteous and kind when attending parents.
The carers are kind and friendly - my father is very fond of them and is particularly keen on a few. However, there are sometimes language hurdles because most of the carers are from a different culture entirely. They are always keen to help out.
Very happy with the service and dedication of the carers. The management is very helpful whenever there is a problem. Everyone has been very supportive and accommodating whenever we need them to be.
Staff have been very understanding, positive and helpful. Mum's confidence in staff increased as they built a relationship with her, and she asked for assistance with more personal tasks. As family members we have been pleased with the peace of mind the care visits have afforded us.
Very happy especially the care team, they treat you with dignity very helpful love them like my family, very helpful I can be myself with them you can't be with everyone. Very trustworthy no worries when they are with me. Thank you.
Care provided to my mum who has a short-term memory loss and has great difficulty in remembering. The carer recognised that Mum had not been sleeping or eating well. The care provided increased the care visits to 3 times a day. This was of great help to the family who were involved in providing Mum with all initial help. The staff took great care of Mum and also assisted with Mum's medication needs. However in the end time came when it was getting very difficult assisting Mum and with the care provider and the local authority and the GP best advice was to find a home for Mum. The family are very grateful to the care provider and the local authority for assisting with all this.
A friendly and efficient service. Carers all caring and competent.
The carer was an absolute angel and my mum loved her. We appreciated all the very kind care she provided for our mum. You were the only care provider who came to our rescue that Saturday morning and we were very grateful when you said you could have someone with us within two hours and also that you sent someone like her! A very impressive service which no one else could or would provide so quickly. And then for the lady to be my mum’s carer was a true blessing. Thank you very much.
A member of staff came to look after my Mum from Saturday 9th to Tuesday 12th March. She was amazing. I had full confidence in her abilities as did my Mum. My Mum grew very fond of her. Thank you for sending her!
Apex cared for my Aunt for several years, though in her final 18 months, they provided 24/7 live-in care. Apex has always been helpful, considerate, and communicative. The staff at Apex, both in the Office and the carers themselves, do really care.
We had four different care companies for the last two years. We were very lucky to finally find and get the Apex Healthcare, they are the best. The carers were helpful, caring, friendly, willing to go the extra mile. They were always on time and performed their duties to a high standard. Our special thank you and gratitude go to the management of this company, their dedication and attitude, their thorough needs assessments and care plans and their person-centred approach. It is so nice to be helped by people that love their jobs. My husband felt safe and very well looked after at home by Apex carers. They made him smile and happy and entertained. We were impressed with Apex Healthcare, well done to them and keep up this excellent work. Highly recommended.
As a family we were very impressed and grateful for the care and services provided by the staff and carers. This involved finding a suitable carer at very short notice, which we were very relieved by. The staff member who visited could not have been more thorough or helpful in her assessment of my father's needs, and we were impressed that she took the time to visit the home and really understand what was needed, and to meet my father. It gave us a lot of reassurance and comfort in Apex's ability to provide professional care and support. Both carers we had were very professional, with an excellent caring manner about them - we were most impressed. If there was one negative at all to mention it was that they arrived late on all three nights that we needed their services for. Whilst on one occasion we were contacted to be informed that one of the carers would be late, it was nevertheless a little disappointing.
I would like to take this opportunity to praise the staff and carers for their support when my family member had a fall. They kept the family informed about what steps they had taken, from arranging a visit to the hospital and following up afterwards with health care professionals as to what support my family member needed to enable their everyday home environment to be safe. The carers have given their utmost care in supporting my family members. I have always received excellent service when contacting a staff member, and they have been very supportive.
