After many years of care provided by an agency recommend by our local authority, we are able to see the difference in the care provided by Baxters Homecare Ltd. The staff are obviously treated with respect & well by their employer which is apparent in the care & attention shown to my husband.

I would highly recommend Baxters Homecare. From the time my father came out of the hospital about ten months ago, they provided wonderful care, being responsive to his needs. This included providing 24/7 coverage and helping to nurse him back from death's door to a happy state. While all the staff were good, two of them were outstanding, bonding with my father, with acts like showing great patience when feeding him or laughing and talking in the night with him when he did not want to sleep. Paying forward the recommendation I was given to use Baxters. Probably one of the best decisions I made regarding my father's care.

I couldn't have asked for better care for my mum and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Baxters Homecare. Mum was treated with respect and dignity by both male and female staff. Being able to spend weekends with Mum, I personally saw the kindness of the carers, one in particular who was often there, when I was visiting, forged such a close bond with Mum. Having left one care company, that we didn't feel met Mum's needs, we were delighted to have Baxters take over and only wished we'd found them sooner. It's clear the training is very good. The carers really want to 'care' for their patients and I don't think they could have done more if they had been caring for their own mum. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

I have been using Baxters Homecare agency for the past five months. I was recuperating from three major operations in the space of twelve weeks following a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. The carers that have been coming to me have assisted immensely with my recovery and have helped me to come to terms with living with cancer. All the carers are extremely professional and respectful. They clearly care with love. They bring joy and positive energy into my home every day. I am very happy with this service.

A big thank you to all the wonderful Baxters Homecare staff. You were all so caring, supportive, capable and professional. We felt safe in your hands. Staff were always joyful, respectful and caring with Mum. Your visits multiple times a day with the same pair of carers ensured continuity of care which Mum and I appreciated. Thank you for your support at a challenging time for us and all the staff will be fondly remembered.

Every member of the Baxters family we have encountered is kind, caring and professional. Each carer takes such pride in providing the best care for my Dad and is always so respectful to him and all of our family. We love that they have got to know his personality and brighten his day with their wonderful sense of humour, this suits him down to the ground. I don't know where we'd be without them. I feel like we won the lottery when we accepted Baxters as our care provider. Thank you to you all for being amazing!

Such a great team, it was so lovely to have them look after my mother. They showed professionalism, care and so much respect. We also had some happy moments in getting a smile out of her. Thanks so much, I will never forget the kindness shown from the team right up to the boss.

Very professional teams of carers. Always tell the client what they are about to do and why. Have had poor experiences with carers in the past but these are a cut above and punctual! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and the Owner of the company was very compassionate

Excellent team! Excellent service! I can't fault the care I observed delivered the few times I was there. The carers were so thorough and always friendly. It made a difficult time manageable for my aunt who was able to respect her husband's wish to spend his last days at home. Thanks, Baxters!

All carers, male and female are brilliant with my Mum. They treat her with the utmost respect. They are all very friendly and have a good relationship with her. Always smiling no matter what they have to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend the individual carers or the company.

Could not thank Baxters Homecare enough for the care that they do for my mother, they show dignity and respect and are always cheerful. It’s nice to know that my sister has got support during the day whilst looking after my mother.

I would have scored higher than five stars if possible. Batters Homecare put the needs, safety and well-being of my partner at the heart of his care. I've felt listened to and always kept abreast of matters in a prompt and compassionate way. The care workers are always well-presented and on time. We had other providers in the past but since Baxters took over in December, my burdens have felt lighter.

This is the first time I have used a service like this. I have been fortunate enough to have been given a team that is five stars. The team of six cannot be faulted, they treat me with compassion, empathy, courtesy, kindness and respect. They also have a great sense of humour which I look forward to every visit. They are punctual and have a professional approach to the job they do. They are also polite and friendly with the rest of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

The care that my husband receives from the team is exemplary. They are always so happy, friendly and compassionate in every way. I had previously been caring for my husband on my own and he was a bit apprehensive about having strangers come in to take care of his personal care. Fast forward two months and they are like part of the family now and always a happy, smiling face. I totally recommend Baxters Homecare in every way.

Extremely happy with everything. Great communication at any point and any concerns are shared with me. My mother loves all the girls that come to her home and this is from someone who was adamant she was never having carers! Highly recommend.

From the first visit to the last, the lovely care team were always friendly, caring, cheerful, polite and totally professional. The management team supported us throughout, communicated well and visited often to ensure that we were happy with the care provided. Always punctual and reliable. The care and support we received made a difficult time easier to bear. Thank you Baxters Homecare.

I visited my sister at home for several months. Within this time she had an excellent carer who looked after my sister with such respect and care. She was delightful to meet and gave the family privacy but also was just there if she could see a fall or any other hazard about to occur. She was a very warm character with a sunny and positive attitude, she really enhanced the last few months of my sister's life at home, before she was admitted to a hospice. The carer was an excellent singer and really entertained us all at times, but sung with my sister and calmed her when she was in need. Thank you for your very kind and cheerful way of working, you made a difficult time much easier for us all. I would really recommend Baxter's Care Agency based on this experience.

Baxters Homecare have been excellent in helping me look after my mum. I couldn't praise them enough always professional at all times. Nothing is too much trouble. Always willing to help. It took me a long time to accept help looking after my mum. I'm so grateful that Baxters Homecare came into our lives. Would highly recommend.

I was not keen to ever have carers for my mum, however when she was given end of life, it became a necessity. Baxter’s came to visit to find out our exact care plan and discussed how often they would come and times to suit. Everyone who attended to my mum's needs was friendly, courteous and professional. They made her feel at ease and spoke to us as a family too. Highly recommend them to anyone. Special mention to a specific carer, who my mum absolutely loved. He made her smile right to the end. Thank you Baxter’s you were an amazing help.

Very professional teams of carers. Always tell the client what they are about to do and why. Have had poor experiences with carers in the past but these are a cut above and punctual! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and the Owner of the company was very compassionate
