An exemplary care agency through and through - from the authentic caring nature of the carers to the first-class manager who is so responsive to the bespoke needs of clients. The dedication and devotion to top-level care is amazing.

Whitestone have been providing care for nearly two years now and overall it has been a positive experience. The care team are generally very polite and courteous. They are usually prompt in terms of call times and do ring if running late. They have also been accommodating if call times have needed to be changed. My wife takes certain medication and they have set in place a daily check of the stock remaining, so it can be re-ordered on a monthly basis. The response time from the management has sometimes been disappointing which has been frustrating, however meetings have been arranged to work through any issues that arise.

All the carers are cheerful and seem to be very competent. It's a pleasure having them visit.

I am very happy with the care my husband receives from Whitestone Care. The carers are well-trained, professional, respectful and kind. The management is responsive and helpful in adapting the care for my husband in line with his changing needs.

In December 2020 my 30-year-old son had a spinal injury leaving him as a tetraplegic needing extremely complex care. Since July 2021 when he came home he has been cared for so brilliantly by the team at Whitestone. They’ve made what was a tragedy for our family liveable, we couldn’t survive without the loving care they provide. Every single carer who’s come into our home has been wonderful. We are so lucky to have them in our lives. I would certainly recommend the team at Whitestone to anyone needing complex home care. Thank you Whitestone we couldn’t do it without you!

On behalf of my whole family, I can't thank Whitestone Care enough for their incredible service throughout the final months of my mother's life. The kindness, respect and care they showed towards my mum was so amazing and made going through a really hard time, that little bit easier. Everyone that came to care for my mum was so kind and friendly and made her feel comfortable and well cared for. We just want to thank all of the team for their hard work and the support they gave my mum and us all during this time. Such lovely people, I will actually miss seeing every day now! You guys really are incredible and we can't thank you enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A carer from Whitestone stayed with my mother for the last few weeks of her life before she was moved to the hospice where she passed peacefully. It was important to Mum to spend this time at home and the help, kindness and professionalism of the Whitestone carer made this possible and we will forever be very grateful.

Overall very satisfied with Whitestone Care. My mother is entirely dependant on her carers, and she appears to have a good rapport with them. Whitestones have considered my mother's needs and wishes, and these have been more than adequately met. My mother has three regular carers who alternate over the weeks, and all carers are excellent, and this means that I can relax in the knowledge that my mother is receiving the care she deserves and needs. Whitestone Care are a very good care company. The manager and carers are very respectful, happy and always willing to help. Whenever I have had a problem it is sorted out very quickly and I always get a phone call of apology.

My father died as the carers arrived, they called the office who sent out a special team who cleaned and dressed my Father. I consider this to be above and beyond normal service and at all times they acted with respect and dignity. Thank you.

The care my mum has received has been outstanding and I don't know how my mum would have got through this without their help and she feels very safe with the nurses who look after her.

Whitestone provided a skilful, caring and responsive service that was an essential help. There are three recommendations that can be made. (1) If carers are going to be delayed it is important to telephone ahead to advise of this. Not to do so can be upsetting for the client. Whitestone had, from time to time, to be reminded of this. (2) Perhaps less experienced carers need to be made aware that the clients can like to make their own decisions. Experienced carers handle this expertly so that the client feels in charge, but in-fact the carer is in charge. (3) Wherever possible, there should be continuity so that carers do not change too often. Whitestone were helpful here to achieve this.

Whitestone has a dedicated team of care workers who will go beyond to ensure service users are satisfied and their needs met. The team is managed by two nurses, and I believe that this does make a difference. I am grateful for their support.
