View Full Details of Caring Hands Leicester LtdWell, what a care company After two bad experiences along came caring hands. Well impressed with everything I want and need in a care company. So impressed with my carer. I have a regular carer who deals with my needs, a lovely attitude to her job, pleasant manner can't do enough for me. So if you are offered Caring Hands snap them up. Well done Caring Hands.
My mother age 93 was recently discharged from the hospital with a care package allocated to Caring Hands, Leicester. This consisted of 10 hours of waking nights to also include getting mum up, washed and fed together with her meds. Then half hour at lunchtime and half hour at tea time to toilet her, prepare meals and dispense drinks etc. In summary, the night carer was incredibly caring, and meticulous and did her job very ably and she struck up a good rapport with mother which was appreciated. Always on time, stayed over her allocated shift on odd occasions and downloaded meticulous notes after her visits. The other two shifts were covered by various other carers, often late, which resulted in mum going without food, drink, and clothes changes for up to 6/7/8 hrs on occasion. Unacceptable, which was reported each time to the supposed manageress, who only responded to me only once following numerous instances. Think carefully if you are allocated this company.
I have found your carers very unprofessional they haven't even been to my dad today he has been left without any care at all it is now nearly 7 o'clock at night and remains in his pj's how disgusting is this leaving a frail old man without care I will be reporting you to CQC first thing tomorrow. How can you call yourselves care providers, I think, never mind the medication he has to take every day that he has not had because your carers never turned up.
