View Full Details of InSafeHands LtdIt's a different carer most days, some are lovely and will do whatever you want, but one girl threw away my emergency jelly babies, a book of stamps and a box for my charger. I am a diabetic and use jelly babies when my blood sugar is low to make sure I don't go into a coma. One girl unlocked my back door and didn't lock it back up. It was a good job I checked it after I saw her opening it! I have taken the complaint up with them and they said that the carer couldn't recall throwing the jelly babies away, as if that is going to put an end to the matter! They shout for you from another room and expect you to come running because they can't find t-bags or the fridge (I have a tiny kitchen). I have cancelled them as they are not worth the bother and can't be trusted.
A friendly company with staff that listen. The office staff are attentive and very helpful. The carers show respect and conduct their duties with diligence. (Sometimes an 'odd job' man/handy man on your employ would be a good addition to help the carers with some extra duties).
The service provided is excellent by all staff, but two are exceptional.
Carers are very helpful and family. Will get me some milk or bread if needed. Help me with household chores and a shower if needed. Only downside is sometimes they arrive too early for the call which is frustrating as I don't like them too early.
All carers provided have been excellent, sensitive kind and flexible. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Initially, starting time was too late and regular changes of carers were a bit off-putting! However, after a few weeks it was possible to bring forward the carers' arrival time and, more recently, we have been looked after by the same two carers. Both are recent arrivals in the UK and both outstanding carers. Now almost part of our family.
InSafeHands have provided outstanding service with care and compassion and professionalism. They go beyond and above in the treatment of my brother.
I have been very pleased with the service provided (as stated) I didn't know what a difference carers could have to my lifestyle but I know now-an immense improvement, in company as well as care. I have been fortunate that my main carer for the past year has been consistent and continuity is so important. She has been excellent, caring, chatty, always pleasant and good company.
My experience has been very good. Ups and downs but, on the whole, excellent. I would recommend InSafeHands Ltd.
Carers are polite and friendly and maintain dignity when necessary. At the same time will sit and chat if that's what I want. They go out of their way to help.
On a day-to-day basis whilst being cared for in my home, I find that I am enjoying interacting with the care staff.
Friendly and helpful.
The three carers I have are good to me and take good care of me.
I am very happy with the attention I have received from In Safe Hands.
Good cleaning service provided.
Find my carers go beyond their line of duty, are always cheerful, and we have a laugh.
My mum has been receiving care for over 10-years with different care agencies. We have finally got a well-managed and helpful company. The staff from the office and the care team will go above and beyond to ensure my mum is well looked after. I feel confident and assured that my mum is in great hands. I do not need to worry that no one will be available to provide care and support. Thank you.
"InSafeHands" have never let me down in attendance, and I appreciate that greatly. The carers are kind and efficient, some are more proficient at helping my husband than others and need my assistance, but mostly, they are very good.
I am happy with my carers.
Very pleased with the service, friendly, thoughtful and excellent support.
