When my mother in law became ill and ended up in hospital our lives were
shattered as we had found out that she had terminal cancer. She was only
allowed home with a package of care. We contacted Penponds who were more
than happy to help out. My mother in law returned to her own home then
the carers came in and helped my mother in law. At the start, it was
hard for the carers as she was being a difficult lady, refusing their
help and she could not or would not accept she needed help. After a week
she settled and the carers were amazing with her, she became very fond
of them and would tell us as a family they were amazing. Then lockdown
happened and Penponds were amazing, they gave the best support not just
to my mother in law but to the family too. Sadly, my mother in law
passed away in April, but right till the end, Penponds were there, full
of support. As a family, we would definitely recommend them if your
loved one needs care.
