View Full Details of Helping Hands Home Care (Wimbledon)One of the carers, who came to sit with my husband who has dementia, was excellent. She was calm and caring. My husband trusted her. I went out and left them alone in the house. When I came home her and my husband were watching TV and drinking coffee. All was well. I would have used Helping Hands much more, but my husband was taken into a nursing home.
My cousin was assessed by one of the carers of Helping Hands Wimbledon. He took a great deal of time and effort in matching my cousin with a domiciliary carer. We were very happy with the commitment and care shown by the carer to my cousin - and they both got on well. Thank you.
The team at Helping Hands have looked after my father well for a number of years, enabling him to stay in his own home for as long as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for all your help.
We have used the Wimbledon office of Helping Hands for over six months and are very impressed by the team in the branch office and the carers they send to help my disabled husband. We get efficient notification of the rota for the week ahead and good continuity from the carers. We enjoy working with this agency and find their help invaluable.
The care that the staff gave to my sister was second to none, each carer was really empathetic with dementia, not just to my sister but to the family. The staff in the branch in Wimbledon would always help when we needed to change times and cancellations at a moments notice. Overall a great care team.
