Great care provided by all carers attending my stepdad. If we needed to change anything the carers were always at the end of the phone and would help if they could. Any issues were delt with straight away.

All the carers who visit me are well-trained, friendly and supportive. I enjoy their company, especially as they are the only people I see all day. They also assist me with light chores, and occasionally accompany me on visits to the surgery and the shops.

An absolutely great service. The staff who work in the office are always friendly, helpful and offered a reliable service to my mum. You can't go wrong using Golden Services Care. It does what it says in their branding.

I have been very pleased with the care and attention my husband has received this month. Because of the difference in personalities, he obviously gets on better with some carers than others but I think all give the same quality of care.

My mother has recently turned 90 and needs some help with cleaning on a weekly basis. We both felt that arranging this through a care agency such as yourselves, though slightly expensive for just "cleaning" would be worthwhile. Fortunately, my mother does not require anything like regular full care but it is a massive reassurance to her to know that she will always receive an age-appropriate, sympathetic and friendly response to her needs whenever she needs to contact your office. Rather than having to rely on one "cleaner" who may move, be on holiday even unreliable, disorganised - or unsuitable to meet a need beyond just literally "cleaning". As my mother's needs have very gradually increased over the last year, so have your services responded accordingly. And she has been provided with pleasant and often outstanding attention from the carers assigned to cleaning and general help.

Most are fine but I don't like having my evening meal at 4.15 pm, can you please stop doing it by putting 5 pm to 6 pm etc on my sheet and changing on the carer's phone. Overall, I am satisfied with Golden Services Care.

When rating any care provider the principle measure should be on the standard of care provided, with Golden Services we have always had an excellent professional level of service. They are able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and the daily changes in the condition/feelings of my mother and in both cases, they have adapted quickly and with no reduction in service levels. Excellent communications, easily contactable at any time and support from the backroom team has made our experience difficult to beat.

As always, a reliable and efficient morning visit. I have used Golden Services for ten years now. The carers are delightful and caring people who always treat you with dignity. Thank you for being there to allow me to live my life as I would wish.

This is the first time I have had to experience care from a care home. When I arrived home on October 4th 2022 at lunchtime, from then on for four and a half weeks I had early morning-lunch time calls. I found the service excellent. Staff, management and value for money are very good.

I enquired about care for my mother in July 2020 as I was unable to continue looking after her due to poor health, I initially was going to shop around but I immediately got a sense of professionalism, no hard sell at all, just a willingness to help. I immediately took Golden Services Care up on their offer to visit my mother to carry out an assessment all in 24 hours. Following on from their visit, care was put in place within 3 days. All of the staff are friendly and kind, they do an incredible job. Thank you so much.

I am very pleased with the service I am provided with. Management does sort out any problems quickly when they arise. Carers are normally here at the stated times and treat me with respect and dignity. I am very happy with the care provided.

All the staff are amazing when being asked to do something out of the ordinary or just going about planned projects. The staff are very caring, understanding and helpful.

Very good, friendly visits from the majority of carers, however, I have one particular carer that comes and seems to bring her personal issues to work. 9 times out of 10 she is very nice, but if she has had a "bad day" you can tell by her snappy and "stand-offish" attitude.

We are extremely pleased with Golden Services and their staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers. They arrive on time with a smile and a chat. We have been having Golden Services for over a year now and have nothing but praise for the carers and management and the support they have given to my wife.

I'm pleased to do this review as Golden Service Care Ltd is an excellent company. I would recommend them again, and again. When they were caring for my husband, he found them very approachable, as did I. So I hope they will continue with their good work.

We met the Manager of Gold Services when it became clear to the social care team that my sister needed extra help for her to be able to remain at home. This was in the Autumn of 2017. She was very thorough in her assessment of my sister, taking account of her views and requirements and our views. As a result, she set into motion the provision of carers to attend her morning, lunchtime and night. Her evening meals were provided by members of a church). We found the carers very friendly and kind and my sister always spoke highly of them. When they realised that she needed medical attention, without hesitation an ambulance was called. Well trained. Thank you.
