My husband has been having this company for 6 weeks now and up until now
carers have been very polite caring and respectful to my husband's
needs. He has Parkinson’s so can be a bit temperamental but the carer
that comes is very patient with him and talks respectfully to him.

Very disappointed by the level of care provided by some carers who
attend to my father. They lie about the times they arrive and leave.
Staff are inexperienced and lack training. Personal care is sometimes
non-existent. Other times are minimal. No drink is given quite often. My
father has been left in a sodden pad this morning from the night before.
No attempt to change it or wash him or put clean clothes on. The care
plan is not adhered to, or even viewed. Staff turnover is high. The
care coordinator when contacted, which has been numerous times, makes
excuses for his staff and colludes with them. Therefore nothing is done
to improve the level of care. There appears to be no formal complaints procedure.
