I've had Harvest life for the last few years now and honestly I would not want anyone else. I can phone them anytime I need to talk to them about anything to do with my care and they always do what they can to help me. They understand I only want to shower with a female carer and they stick to the same time and day unless there's a problem and they have to send a different female carer or change the day because of staff shortages or illness. The other day I phoned them to let them know that I had been sick and was not feeling well. 2 carers came one to clean up and the other showered me and they were just incredibly kind and made sure I was ok before leaving.

My dad moved in with me and we were assigned new carers, we were quite concerned about what they were going to be like as our previous carers were atrocious. We were so lucky to get Harvest Life Care, the first call they made I could have cried. They were so lovely and caring, did everything required and took plenty of time seeing my my dad's needs. I can't express how lovely all the carers are that come to us, we are so lucky to have them. Thank you so much for caring.

The care my father received over the last 12 days was impeccable and each carer went above and beyond their line of duty. As a family, we could not have asked for anything more. They cared for my father with dignity and respect, even when he became unresponsive. They all fitted into our lifestyle so well, like they were part of the furniture!

I have never met such wonderful caring people. My partner was very difficult some days but they just talked calmly to him and carried on with their job he was in a lot of pain but they were calm and caring towards him I could not have done what they did. They made the end of his life care so much easier for me.

Very little communication apart from with carers.

The carers treated my husband with dignity and respect. They chatted with him and made him feel comfortable with the care he was receiving. They always checked in with the family to see if we needed any more support. Without this excellent care, we could not have met my husband's final wishes.

Everyone knows care workers are not easy to supply. In view of this, Harvest Life Care do a very good job and their very best to supply and meet people's requirements.

The care my husband received through Harvest Life Care Ltd was outstanding! Each and every carer that stepped through the door was kind, compassionate and had such warmth about them. I could not recommend you all highly enough. 10 out of 10.

Excellent care providers, team very professional whilst being very caring and friendly during a very difficult time. Mum was treated with dignity and respect at all times which the whole family appreciated very much.

The care provided over the last two months has been very efficient and carried out with dignity. My father has been a bit down since his illness but the cheerful, joyful nature of the carers rallies him each day.

After 3 years of looking after mum at home, we got to the point where we needed help. Harvest Life Care was appointed care provider and we couldn't be more lucky. The level of care, compassion is outstanding. Sense of humour is infectious, mum has always had a laugh with carers when they come. We can relax knowing mum is in good hands, it makes a huge difference.

As indicated below, my wife and I have found the staff that we have been involved with extremely professional, and beyond this, kind and very thoughtful. We have quickly come to trust their integrity. Their help is essential and is greatly appreciated.

All of my carers are helpful, polite and have gone over and beyond to meet my care needs. Overall, I'm very happy with both the company and my actual care.
