My sister and I cannot thank you all enough the support your team has given my parents and my sister and I is second to none. From the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank you enough. I would be remiss if I didn't mention one man. The bond he has with my Dad is brilliant his care and patience with Dad during his grumpy times has been fantastic. Although Dad's illness getting worse has at times been challenging his positive happy approach has been such a help to both my father and me and my sister. Again thank you to you and your wonderful team. Please pass on my and my sisters thanks for all the help they have given my parents a us over the years.
Thank you for the care that you provide my mother. It gives us the reassurance that she can continue to live happily where she is at the moment. The staff are kind and helpful and inform us if there are any concerns.
I only have good things to say about AM2PM. Throughout the year on numerous occasions, I have called the office to change my hours for different appointments. They are very understanding and they always make the necessary changes. To date, I have never missed an appointment and I have been with AM2PM for over 5 years. When I was admitted to hospital AM2PM cancelled my calls. When I was being discharged they were in touch with the hospital to make sure when returning home that I had my usual support the next day. The carers themselves are very friendly and supportive, so it is very easy to get along with them. So very happy to recommend AM2PM.
I am delighted to share my experience with AM2PM, who has provided exceptional service in caring for my Mum. From the very beginning, their team has demonstrated an extremely professional approach while offering support that feels genuinely compassionate. What stands out the most is how they treat my Mum as part of their family. Their dedication to understanding and addressing her needs has made a significant difference in her quality of life. The staff are not only skilled but also incredibly caring, ensuring that she feels valued and respected at all times. I would strongly recommend AM2PM's services to anyone in need of support for their loved ones. They truly excel in creating a nurturing environment and have gone above and beyond to ensure my Mum receives the best care possible. Thank you, AM2PM, for your outstanding service! Unfortunately, I can only give 5 Stars, if they had an option I would have given 10 Stars.
The care was excellent and back-office support was timely. My father required help with day-to-day activities like showering and daily exercise routine which the team helped with patience. The carers are very professional and undertake their duties very well.
I was worried at first about carers coming into the home to look after my very sick father however I need not have worried. All the carers that came to look after him, sometimes up to four times a day, treated him with dignity, kindness, and respect. He was able to build up a rapport with them and because of this, I was happy to trust them to look after him. I must admit, it took a while to establish a routine, and sometimes the times varied quite a bit but once that was sorted out it all ran smoothly.
The care was excellent, thank you! Back-office support was a bit lacklustre at times, probably this was a function of the lockdown with people working at home/sick etc. So overall it was a very good experience.
The carers dealing daily with my Mother could not be kinder or more efficient. Their attention to detail is outstanding and they really take great care of and with my Mother. I could not ask for more from them. It is a great weight off my mind, knowing that they are helping my Mother. Theirs is a difficult and skilled job and they do it brilliantly. We really appreciate it. My dealings with the office have also been excellent: very responsive and proactive staff.
I just wanted to write a thank you to all the ladies that looked after mum before she went to hospice. I know that sometimes all that is done is overlooked because of grief so before that kicks in I just wanted to express my thanks from me and my family for all the care mum received at home. Thank you seems very little but all who just chatted to mum ‘normally’ about their day etc whilst taking care of her that was so appreciated.
We have been very pleased with the care shown to Mum. The carers are very professional and undertake their duties very well. Mum is happy to have them looking after her. They show her respect and compassion. They adapt to changes as required and are very patient with Mum who has dementia.
The carers are always respectful, very courteous and sensitive to my needs and wishes. They always treat me with dignity and communicate with me effectively. The staff that work in the office are very friendly and approachable.
AM to PM care looked after my mum for approx 4 years and the last couple of years of her life and I think it was only the support of them which prolonged her life a little longer. All of the carers that visited my mum daily were exceptional, my mum was a very difficult client and they were able to work with her through all her dramas and difficulties. At times my mum's needs were so high I felt sorry for the agency but they always rose to the challenging changes in my mother’s circumstances. I have to particularly highlight the support that I received from the management team they were able to not only update me constantly on my mum's care but also give me advice on the care act, my mum's rights and things that I might need to claim for or be mindful off. Without that support I think I might of had a breakdown - it’s not easy having a sick and elderly mum. I just want to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart and hope that when the time comes I will have the same exceptional care.
All the carers are brilliant. The two regular carers are outstanding. My husband is extremely lucky to have such caring carers.
The carer provided was a night sitter. They were reliable, competent and kind, providing support to me, (the wife), as well as to the client.
My two daughters realised that I was not managing my life at all well so they recruited the help of Am2Pm Quality Care which has been a real benefit to me. Am2Pm has been caring for me now over the past six to eight months. I now know that I can expect a thorough wash in the mornings including the application of medical cream to my legs, followed by a simple breakfast of my choice and my morning medication pills, all these tasks are done by a cheerful carer. The evening call although shorter is equally efficient involving microwaving a ready-made frozen meal. All very satisfactory.
My dad was a difficult client to care for as he was beginning to lose his mental capacity and occasionally drinking heavily. Some days he was all there and welcomed the carer in, other days he was disgustingly rude. Both carers saw the nicer side of him and very much helped him in the few weeks they were there. The first carer especially understood my dad and knew if he pushed him he would only make things worse. He was a brilliant reader of my dad which is incredibly hard to do even myself having known him for 30 years!! I am very happy with the agency's persistent efforts to keep trying to gain access to dad's house to provide care in his final days before hospital despite dad refusing entry. They went above and beyond their duty as a care company that had verbally been fired and would not rest until dad was safe. I’m very grateful to them for assisting me as much as possible and making helpful suggestions such as offering a house clean and laundry overhaul while he is in hospital.
I am delighted with the professional, competent and caring staff who looked after my Mother. They were courteous and kind to not just my Mother but to me and my sister when we were there at the same time. Their medical knowledge was excellent and it was their concern which meant we called the out of hours District Nurse who on arrival confirmed that the carers were absolutely correct in their assessment of my Mother's immediate medical needs. We would not hesitate to use their services again.
My partner is getting very good quality care from this company. The carers are very good, polite, gentle and respectful. They know how to handle my partner and absolutely they know what to do. I can't thank them enough for how they are helping me to look after him, even though it's their job to do it, but I appreciate what they are doing for us. Especially one particular lady. She is the nicest person I ever talked to, very responsive and she will give you the help as she can. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this company to look after your loved ones. Thank you very much and for the whole team of Am2Pm, God bless.
My dad and I were lucky enough to receive help from Am2Pm to assist with Mum who is dying of lung cancer. We only used them for 10 days, as she has now been moved to a hospice but each carer that visited us was faultless. We saw about 6 and they were all friendly, professional, compassionate and kind. It felt like friends popping in to help a bit. Not clinical or rushed and each one respected the wishes of our whole family. Sometimes if Mum was sleeping, they would just stay and chat a bit, when they could have just as easily left as there was nothing for them to do. Even when I was stressed and snappy, they were gentle and understanding. Can't thank them enough.
My father has been cared for by the manager and her team since May this year. They have been extremely conscious, efficient and always keeping me in the picture as I live in Devon. The manager is always in hand 24 hours a day and we couldn't ask for more. The carers have been excellent with my dad who, can be, difficult at times. Thank you so much to the manager and team.
