Radfield have been amazing, they have been the help we were so reluctant to get but now couldn't be without. The care they have given has been above anything I ever expected. As a family, we can not thank them enough. Nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you.

Radfield Havering are absolute lifesavers. They have adapted to my mum's needs as these have changed and quickly and without any fuss supplied a live in carer for mum when she was no longer able to look after herself. This meant she is able to stay in her own house which meant so much to her. They matched her with an excellent carer who has really fitted in well to our family and really cares for Mum. The office staff are equally as amazing and they are so approachable and flexible, changing to accommodate needs, and requests where necessary and all done in a friendly, efficient, wonderful way. I can't praise them enough. Everyone at Radfield was amazing when they were looking after my dad and when he was very ill giving him and us all the support we needed through a truly difficult time. I can't praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend them most highly to anyone looking for a truly caring company to look after their loved ones. A true gem of a company.

Radfield Havering have been looking after my mum who has anxiety and depression for the last three years. During this March and April we went on holiday for 4 weeks. Knowing that Radfield were supporting my mum was the only reason we could do this. I went away in the full knowledge that Mum would be looked after and loved as if she were a member of her carer's families. On my return my mum was pleased to see me but told me how wonderful everyone had been and how well they had looked after her. Thank you Radfield it is with your help and support that we can carry on with our retirement plans.

Radfield Home Care Havering and Romford have been providing care for our Mother for about 3 years now. We highly recommend them. All of the care staff are patient, friendly, and skilled in caring for people living with dementia. Phone calls and emails are answered quickly and they always try to be flexible, for example when my mother is unable to attend her day center at short notice or needs a carer present when the chiropodist makes a home visit. Notes from each carer are available via the Access Care Planning app immediately after visits, which is useful, allowing us to pick up on any problems. We also really appreciate their ‘can do’ attitude in helping resolve problems as they arise if neither my sister nor I can get to my mother’s to sort things out. As well as supporting Mum they have also supported us, for example with social services needs assessments. Overall, in our experience, an excellent care provider.

I was looking for urgent care for my dad after he was taken ill at the weekend as my mum (who is his full-time carer) dislocated her shoulder so couldn't look after him. I contacted Radfield after seeing positive reviews on this site. A subsequent care package has been put in place via social services, but the support I received from Radfields during the day Saturday and Sunday was fantastic. She made enquiries on my behalf, made a home visit to discuss options and was available for any advice. Many thanks to her and the team for their support; it was really appreciated at a difficult time.

Genuinely caring at every level. All the staff I have met are kind and compassionate. The carers become more like friends and family, making people feel at ease. They make a huge difference to the quality of life for all those they interact with. I honestly cannot speak highly enough.

Mum has had a very rapid decline from the beginning of the year when she was living independently, to now, when she needs live-in care. I don’t know what we would have done without the Radfield team. They have made what has been a very difficult time so much easier through their faultless professionalism and outstanding ability to be responsive, flexible and resourceful. All of this combined with an unerring compassion and determination to care.

Mum enjoys her days out with her carers, they keep her busy and entertained. They are always on time and keep me informed of the day's activities that they get Mum involved with. Mum looks forward to her day out every week she says it's her favourite day.

I met Radfield Care Home carers at clubs I attended with my mother-in-law. I was impressed by how gentle, friendly, and patient they all were. I needed help in caring for my family and had no doubt about where to seek assistance. I know that when Mum is with her carers, she is happy and safe. Mum always comes back super happy and truly looks forward to her carer's days. We are really grateful to the whole team.

All I can say is wow, wow, wow. Mum's carer feels more like a family member, Mum now eats regularly, has someone to chat with and I know she is safe. Honestly, if you can do this rather than a residential home. Do it.

Amazing service with great people very flexible and everything we could wish for. I love the team and how they look after Mum. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Mum has someone who visits lunchtime and evening and this can be flexed up and down when required which is very useful.

The care that my mum gets is first class. All the carers are amazing, caring and very kind. The whole team goes over and above in providing care. The company not only provides care at home but provides information on local activity groups and takes their clients to these groups. When my mum goes on these outings, I get an email and photos of the events. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My mother-in-law’s care she has received has made such a difference in her life, and the help that Radfield has given us as a family has also made such a difference to ours. The thoughtfulness of the carers leaving little notes to help her through the day just shows the level of kindness and that they go the extra mile.

My nan was injured in a road traffic accident. Since being discharged from the hospital she has been unable to be as independent as she previously was which really impacted on her mental health. Having the home care from Radfield has totally given her a new lease of life! Whether it’s just having a friendly face to face chat, having a fresh hot meal cooked for her or being able to be taken out and about to the shops etc my nan is so much happier. It is a great relief, help and comfort to us that nan is getting such fabulous care from this amazing care company! We can’t thank them enough!

Radfield cared for my aunt following an MND diagnosis before she passed in January 2021. They were so compassionate and understanding that my uncle had also come to rely on them during this time and he had become very fretful at the thought of the carers leaving him. Despite being in a global pandemic and facing staffing issues they happily continued to care for my Uncle until he felt well enough to look after himself. They made a really stressful upsetting time a little more manageable for all concerned and I would 100% recommend them

I contacted Radfield as I had concerns for my very elderly neighbour who was 101 years old and lived alone without any family. We would often check on her, tidy her garden, and run errands for her. But we felt she needed a bit more regular help. Radfield did this amazingly well. They built a lovely relationship with her and gave us comfort and reassurance that she was doing well. Sadly she passed away last year but I know she was well cared for by the staff from Radfield during the last couple of years of her life.
