The regular carers are very good and they look after me very well and the management keeps in touch to make sure that all is well. I think after having the care system I have improved greatly. They are always on time and caring.

What can I say other than the service is absolutely fantastic, so caring and competent with mom. Mom's eyes light up when the carers come. The client and carer are so well matched. Would recommend the company to friends and family.

My elderly and very infirm mother has been under the care of the wonderful Carefour Home Care team since February 2024. From my first contact with the local manager who conducted the initial assessment, I have been impressed with the high level of professionalism and total dedication to clients exhibited by all Carefour staff involved in the care of my Mother. The carers who directly look after my mother are brilliant with all the tasks they carry out, but more importantly they are all authentic individuals who genuinely care about their work and their clients - I have total peace of mind I know my mother is in very safe and caring hands!

Your care, patience and understanding of my uncle's needs in looking after him when he needed it was beyond expectations and helped his wife enormously. The care you all gave my uncle when he came home from hospital was outstanding. I watched how all the carers were so gentle with him, right up to the day of his passing. I can not express my gratitude to you all enough. I have recommended you to a lot of people. Thank you all so much!

The carers were very kind and considerate and treated my father in law with compassion and dignity. I would highly recommend Carefour Home Care. Nothing was too much trouble and came when I needed them most, they are a lifesaver

My wife receives an excellent service from all her carers. They are caring, sensitive and treat her with dignity. Her confidence has grown thanks to the way they are supportive of her. She looks forward to them arriving as she relaxes as they make her feel calm. I feel supported by them as it gives me time to go shopping and do other errands.

I get on with the girls really well, they help where needed. The little things they help with, without me asking them to. I have asked for an increase for an extra shower day a week which they have accommodated.

Carefour Home Care & Live-in Care started with my mother twice a day about two months ago and I've got to say there has been a noticeable improvement with her general mood and also her ability to maintain her independence. Mum thoroughly enjoys the company of the carers that visit and in her words, 'enjoys the company, a laugh and a giggle!'. The carers are reliable and friendly and all extra help they give is definitely appreciated. Carefour staff really do make the world of difference! Highly recommended!

We really are very pleased with the service and cannot fault from start to finish. Will recommend. No complaints to report either at all. We are grateful to all the staff, they have their own personalities and own ways of doing things that result in such a good job.

All the girls are lovely and sweet. They help with whatever I need doing. Will recommend them to anyone. They have been polite and understanding with the help I need, and they are lovely to have a chat too.

The girls are lovely and can’t do enough sometimes for me. Very helpful. When I want a chat they will just sit and have a chat with me. If anything will need sorting the office will do it. I would recommend the carers.

We contacted Carefour Home Care and Live-in Care to arrange care for my elderly mother. The communication from start to finish was amazing. The manager talked through all the details and explained the process making sure everything was handled to our liking. She answered all the queries I had promptly and made sure we were happy with everything. I felt it was about putting my mother as a priority, something that was very important to us as a family. The care that has been provided has been excellent and offers us comfort that all is well with our mother when we can't be near her. She has commented on how much she enjoys the ladies' company and support. Thank you very much Carefour.

I’m not usually one for writing online reviews but I just wanted to show my appreciation for everything that Carefour Home Care have done for us, dad really has become fond of all the care team. I can’t thank the office staff enough for all their help and organisation; the level of care provided can’t be faulted in any way and I have already recommended you to others.

After having a poor experience with another provider I was recommended Carefour Home Care by a family friend when looking for a care package for my elderly aunt. Throughout the whole process, and from my initial contact, the Carefour team could not have been any more helpful, answering all my (sometimes trivial) questions and putting my mind totally at ease and as a result, I am now confident that a dear family member is receiving the valuable care that she deserves and needs. Thank you Carefour, I will definitely be recommending you.

I started using Carefour Home Care when I wanted to visit friends for 4 nights. My daughters 'found' Carefour and a charming lady was provided to look after my husband who suffers from dementia and very poor mobility. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by the carer and all the admin staff. I will definitely be using Carefour in the future.
