The company has been looking after my nan for over two months and I am really happy with services. My nan feels happy knowing the carers that come genuinely care and she has a couple favourites she adores.

A Star Care Services has been looking after my mum for over a year. I can't thank them enough for their dedication and compassion they have shown her. Their constant support has made such a difference to my mum and I.

A Star Care Services have been looking after my mother for 3 months now and we couldn't be happier. My mother, who didn't want any help, has taken to her carer really well and is very happy. The company itself have been amazing, nothing has been too much trouble and I couldn't thank them enough or praise them any higher. Thank you.

A Star Care Services has been an absolute blessing in looking after my Grandad. Their team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure he is cared for with compassion, respect and professionalism. The carers are attentive, always ensuring his needs are met, whether it's assisting with personal care or providing companionship.

The carers are very understanding and always ready to listen to you. They help me in various aspects of my life. I was very hesitant initially but my mind was soon changed and I was pleasantly surprised with all the wonderful care I received I could not have asked for a better care provider.

We needed at-home care for my father-in-law. Our first experience was dealing with one particular member of staff, who came out to put my mother-in-law at ease and to explain the options open to her. We started with just evening care, but quickly needed to add in additional help in the mornings and also during the day. A Star Care couldn’t have been more accommodating - nothing was too much trouble for them. It’s easily said, but I mean this genuinely - if you’re looking for reliable and friendly care, I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I have found the service excellent in all respects. The staff are polite, respectful and very efficient and caring. The office is very good at accommodating changes when necessary.

The staff that look after my mom are amazing. They are attentive and very thorough! They go the extra mile to help, and we couldn’t be without their help. The service is outstanding, and they work around our commitments to suit.

Very happy with the girls that come to see my mum. They are polite and do extra work that is needed. At times, when they are late, they give my mum a call to let her know - with her anxiety, this helps her.

A star care have been looking after my grandad for nearly a year now. The care service my grandad receives is the best he could wish for, the care staff are loving and very professional. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

We have been with A Star Care for four months and honestly, we can not fault them. They have been looking after our uncle and always inform us of how he is, will contact nurses if required and contact GP if they have any concerns.

We have been using A Star Care Services for a couple of months now and we are very impressed with the service and level of care we are receiving for my mother. She is happy knowing that the girls are coming in each day to help with all daily tasks she needs. Management is always happy to also add in any extra calls we have needed, even at short notice.

The carer that visits my mom has been brilliant. She always has her best interests at heart and will call me with any concerns, making sure I’m kept fully up to date with how she’s been. Thank you for giving me the peace of mind.

I think A Star are great and everything feels much better than the last company that I had. Everything here is very organised and straightforward everyone is very lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The girls always go the extra mile even if they don’t need to. I could go on and on but just want to say thank you for supporting me in everything! I don’t know what I’d do without the girls that care for me now.

We had struggled for a while being unhappy with our father's caregivers and made a change to A Star Care. Wish we did this sooner! Management has been super efficient, helpful and very supportive towards us as a family. The carers are fantastic with my father meeting all requirements asked for and more, they’re always cheerful and show empathy and patience as this was a big let down for my father from previous. We are extremely thankful and hope this helps other families who are looking for a great company to provide care for their loved ones. Thank you to all at A Star Care!

I am happy to have chosen A Star care to look after my mum. I live in London and I started to struggle to look after my mum whilst working, choosing A Star Care has been wonderful. The carers are helpful and cheerful. Thanks team.

Thank you to the team at A Star for providing excellent support to my mother, the ongoing assistance and genuine care from the carers really helps my mother throughout the day. They are super friendly and it is so easy to communicate with the team.
