I could not have been happier with the service Mum and Dad have received from the Alina Home Care Potters Bar team. The carers who visited did everything I asked for and more. They are very caring, respectful, and professional. I am pleased with how good they were at communicating with Mum and Dad and how interested they are in what they have to say. I would recommend them to anyone looking for carers who visit during the day to help with tasks that allow a loved one to remain in their own home.

I cannot recommend the Potters Bar Alina care more. Not only were they professional and incredibly kind, the carers went out of their way to make my Mum feel cared for by doing things for her that she didn't need to ask. They all showed a thoughtfulness towards her that was very much appreciated by me. I must also praise the team coordinating the carers time tables as Mum's care became more. A staff member in particular was so accommodating and helpful. Thank you Alina, I would definitely use your services again.

My mum engaged Alina Homecare following a fall and has been very happy with the service. Her carers are prompt, efficient and very kind. She feels completely at ease with the ladies that visit and they have been a great asset to her and the family.

The management of the service is brilliant and very responsive and my Dad is well looked after. Alina Homecare are quick to respond to requests for help and flexible when the family are visiting and looking after Dad instead.

Alina Homecare have been looking after my mother-in-law since the end of 2022. The staff are amazing, always helpful, kind and caring. Over recent weeks, my mother-in-law's health has deteriorated and the staff have gone over and above to ensure she has been safe and well cared for. Changes to medication have been administered quickly and contact with the office is easy and always actioned. Special mention to the carer who alerted us to some issues with feet/legs and allowed us to act quickly to prevent discomfort. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alina Homecare, they ensured peace of mind to us with the care of my mother-in-law.

Alina Homecare has been looking after my Aunt, who has dementia, for over 3 years. Initially they took care of her needs on a part time basis, but as her condition and health declined we had no hesitation in engaging their services privately. As my aunt's needs increased we were able to increase the level of care and hours to suit and eventually on a 24/7 basis. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Alina Homecare. All the carers that looked after my aunt were professional, respectful and most importantly caring. A special mention to the care manager who went above and beyond to assist not only my aunt but myself who had absolutely no experience in dealing with anything like this. Her professionalism, organizing and communication skills are amazing. Inviting strangers into your house or in this case my aunt's is never an easy thing these days, but I have no hesitation in recommending Alina Homecare to look after your nearest and dearest. They truly are the angels among us.

Having been put in contact with Alina after my mum's diagnosis of dementia, and using the service for over a year now, I have been greatly impressed by the care, knowledge, and skill of its staff over that period. Use of equipment and the implementation of technical up to date modern techniques of how to manage this difficult condition. The help has been very supportive.

I would like to thank Alina Homecare for their exemplary care provided to my mum. We were understandably worried about carers coming in to look after her needs but I must say I was immediately put at ease with their caring approach. She is the most important person in our life and her care and wellbeing are so important to us so thank you all so very much for making our worries disappear. You have an amazing team.

The carers at Alina Homecare are extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and show real kindness to my mum. My mum looks forward to the care visits and when she talks about her carers she is happy and smiling. I know my mum is safe and looked after by Alina carers.

My elderly mother, who has dementia, has received daily visits from the ladies at Alina Homecare since she broke her hip some months ago. The service has been excellent throughout, from receiving weekly spreadsheets confirming visiting times to the carers themselves. Mum and dad have thoroughly enjoyed the daily visits and feel they have been given a reason to get up and organised. Many thanks to all.

My husband has been cared for by Alina for approximately 2 years now. The service we receive from them is second to none, everybody that attends to look after my husband treats him (myself and our daughter) with the greatest respect, they are all always polite, friendly, and very respectful of our home. After attending to my husband and making sure he is comfortable in his chair, or in the evening in his bed, they make sure everything is put away. They always ask if there is anything else they can do for us before they leave. Alina Homecare provide us with a rota, and if any changes need to be made they inform us. I would highly recommend this company.

The care my wife received is first class. The carers are very friendly and do a fantastic job. We had carers before from other places but they have not been as good as Alina. Always on time. Clean up when finished and left tidy.

Both my Mother and Mother in Law used this service from July 2011 until January 2021. My Mother in Law from July 2011 until August 2018 and my Mother from April 2013 until January 2021. During this time both received excellent care on a daily basis and built up an excellent friendship with all the different carers. A routine between client and carers was quickly established with the carers willing to help with any problems that may arise. Should any problems arise the manager was always on hand to solve them. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future if I so required.

The Alina team that looked after my mum from December 2019 until July 2019 were highly professional, courteous, caring and compassionate. All were very friendly and took pride in their care of Mum. Despite several adversities because of Mum’s advanced dementia, they never lost their rag or compassion. They always ensured that she was left comfortable, the room in a clean state and kept me appraised at all times. The training and selection process at Alina has to be complemented. A fair number of carers were relatively young but with great compassion that was admirable in looking after an older patient. Thanks a lot and it was a pleasure working with your team. Please pass my heartfelt wishes to each and every member of the team.

I have 3 regular men call on me, a good team, the morning one I can set my watch by. All very efficient, polite, treat you with respect and make you feel at ease. Nothing too much trouble for them. Office is at the end of the phone if there are any problems. Thank you.

We could not have asked for more and right from the start were impressed as to how dependable, competent and universally cheerful the carers were. There were never any worries in leaving my Mum in the good care and support which was above and beyond what we could reasonably expect involving unblocking toilets, moving furniture, fish suppers and, most importantly, providing a wealth of knowledge and good advice to help us cope. Thank you so very much.
