View Full Details of Aspire Community Care & SupportThe carer that was assigned to my father was a wonderful person, so helpful, very honest and caring. She always let me know if there was a problem. My father was very fond of her and really valued the care she gave.
Although I have had no reason to interact with the company that provides my husband's carers, the members of its staff that provide the daily care, warrant the comments I've written here. My husband has dementia and is receiving end-of-life care. The fact that he doesn't communicate at all, is doubly incontinent and is completely bed-bound never detracts from the kindness he is shown by all of the carers, especially three in particular. They treat my husband with respect and try to retain as much of his dignity as possible in very trying situations. I've no doubt that this is down to the carers themselves. However, it is my hope that Aspire appreciates the dedication and empathy of the staff they employ and treats them accordingly. To say that I could not cope without them would be a gross understatement indeed.
A huge thank you to Aspire Community Care & Support and their team of carers. The care they gave to Mum was absolutely amazing and my mum really appreciated their help. As a family, we are very grateful for the kindness and professionalism the Aspire Care team showed our Mum - their sympathetic touch and gentleness gave us great peace, especially towards the end. I would thoroughly recommend Aspire for anyone who requires carers to attend their home.
Aspire Community Care & Support cared for my mum suffering from dementia and Parkinson's. The carers were very caring and diligent in all they did, ensuring all aspects of Mum's care were met, staying overtime to ensure this. All aspects you would like to see seen. The girls became part of our family and were aware of Mum's needs. All the carers were very encouraging for the family, and Mum, I am sure, felt comfortable on many occasions. I would truly recommend this service.
The three carers who looked after my husband were very caring and considerate. He often commented on how gentle they were. They went above and beyond to help me also. Thank you for all your help.
I would like to say a big thank you for all the staff at Aspire Community Care & Support for the help and support. Not only did they care, they were extremely supportive to my mum and family. I would recommend this team to anyone. Thank you.
Very good.
Carers did all of what was asked of them in a friendly manner. All were of a good standard and several were very good.
Good.
I was most impressed by the carers that enabled my husband to die at home. They were professional in the tasks they performed, punctual, treated my husband with respect, maintained his dignity, and cheered him up with their presence.
Exactly as requested, 3 carers, 3 times a day, and a carer all night for my wife over a period of 3 days. Very reassuring and helpful. She died at home, as she wished, in comfort and security.
Support worker well mannered and understanding. Very punctual. Agency managers and staff are flexible and always there to listen to your problems. It would be good if there were more staff available because it can create problems if there is no support worker available, reason being on holiday, sick or staff shortage.
Aspire is good care agency. They care well for my daughter. The carers are very good in their timekeeping. They look after her well and are polite. They care for her very well and also she has challenging behaviour. She is wheelchair bound and has a learning disability. I always have staff to support her it is a very reliable agency.
All of the carers at Aspire Community Care & Support strove to provide my mother with the best possible care. I am so grateful that they treated my mother with dignity and res[ect at all times. Unlike previous experiences with other care agencies, Aspire Community Care & Support never rushed their duties and remained with my mother for the duration of their allotted time. They went the extra mile by staying later, encouraging my mother and being supportive towards the family. We are extremely grateful to Aspire Community Care & Support and would strongly recommend them all to others.
The carers go the extra mile to give care; since my husband came home from respite he has been very low, sleepy and uncommunicative. When he said yesterday he wanted to come downstairs, they cheered him! My husband is very good at recovering from incidents such as the one he suffered in A&E a couple of weeks ago but, honestly, I don't think he would have revived nearly as well this time if he hadn't had such encouragement and love from your staff who care for him. Every time the District Nurses visit they are complimentary about the way in which he is cared for; the way his very thin skin is beautifully cared for is always commented upon, as is his general state of cleanliness and his positive interactions with his carers. They are all patient, caring, kind, understanding and professional. They make what is essentially a very difficult time so much easier to cope with.
