This agency provides first class domicillary care. All staff are well trained, supportive, committed and professional. They are caring and have good rapport with both client and relatives. I am truly grateful for the help and support they give to my mum.

The team at First Class Healthcare work in pairs to support my teenager to access the community. I feel confident that my child is safe and well cared for. They have learned to communicate with her using her non-verbal communication systems, and they follow her behaviour support plan. My child really looks forward to going out with her carers.

My father started his care in September 2023. I have always found all carers to respect my father's wishes and treat him with dignity and care at all times and they are all very professional. The Manager and office staff have always addressed any issues immediately if any concerns have been raised. My father himself has always been happy with all of the carers that have visited him. I am very happy with the way the managers do their best to make sure my dad has continuity of carers as and when possible as that is important to him and myself as he suffers from dementia so this makes my dad feel comfortable and safe in his own home. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks my personal opinion if they were looking for care themselves. I personally have been a community carer for many years, so I know the importance of making a client feel safe and comfortable in their own home, and I can safely say First Class Health Care has achieved this at all times.

We had care from First Class Healthcare over the past eighteen months. The care provided was excellent. We had two main carers over this period who were extremely good at attending to our needs in a friendly and cheerful manner. Whenever they had days off they were always replaced by equally good staff. The manager always responded promptly to any requests for changes to our attendance requirements. Thank you for your excellent service We cannot praise First Class Healthcare enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other prospective clients.

The carer, lovingly known by our great aunt, is an exceptional carer, a true asset to ‘First Class Healthcare Ltd’. Our great aunt's recent fall and stay at hospital was distressing. Adult Social Services requested the carer's presence at the care package meeting (Occupational Health, Hospital Doctor, family). She demonstrated remarkable care, understanding our aunt's needs intimately. She shared recommendations, though final decisions rested with the leadership team. She assured us, professionally, that her superiors would assist, despite potential delays. Incidentally, the response was amazing and the turnaround time of getting the additional care in was within 24 hours. All involved were deeply impressed by First Class Healthcare Ltd, prioritising the carer's time for a client in need, exemplifying their dedication. This embodies 'first-class healthcare'. A final heartfelt thank you to the leadership and the carer for your time, expertise, and kindness.

Since the staff from First Class Healthcare started working or supporting with my husband’s care, I have seen tremendous change in his behaviour. He has improved greatly, the staff are very supportive and very caring, always going the extra mile for the service user. The staff are professional, polite and friendly, and work within their boundaries Although our home is their workspace they are also courteous that it’s the service user's home. They always make sure it’s left clean and tidy. Adhering to hygiene purposes their overall care is client-centred which is very profound as well as adherence to the individual care plan. The management staff are extra special, always making sure that the client and the family are their focus and supporting the family members as well. Throughout my interactions with healthcare providers, First Class Healthcare has been a huge part of my daily journey and I am grateful. I do recommend First Class Healthcare to anyone.

First class is just that. Manager, and staff all care, and show their love and understanding for that person. They cared for my beautiful mumsy, and I never worried when they cared for her. Great communication always puts you at ease. My mum came first. Sadly she recently passed, and you couldn't ask for a more caring company than these. They were with her till the end. I always found it easy to talk to the manager, who always was so supportive of us. Not only for mum, but the whole family. Staff are wonderful, they had fun with my mum, she loved the girls very much, as I do. I thoroughly recommend this company, they understand from day one! If you have your loved one at home, and get worried, don't be, for this is a truly amazing company who could do with a special award! Thank you so much for everything.

Pleased with every aspect of the care provided. Any issues, which were minor, were handled very well and immediately. My mother was extremely happy with all the carers that attended to her, which was three times per day.

I have had first-class care for several years myself only the last 3 years before my husband had them. They do my personal care, light cooking, some shopping, light cleaning duty. As well as polishing and hoovering to keep the dust down in my home as I have a lung condition that affects me big time. The management is always there if I need more help or to discuss with them any problems. Good management and staff. I would like to say the three staff that come to me are caring, good at their job, very friendly and always give me time to go at my pace. They make my day more positive and cheerful, plus having the same staff you tend to build a better continuity between yourself and the staff. First-class care, they always try hard to meet my needs. So far I do not have any complaints about this company, I would say it's one of the best I have had.

My husband has had care from First Class since February 2021. After suffering a stroke I just needed support in the morning with my husband so that I can still go to work. Service has been great and we have the same person every day.

First Class Healthcare Ltd has looked after me for 4 months or so. As a young service user with a sudden decline in health, I have found things very difficult. First Class Healthcare has been absolutely amazing with not only my personal care but also my mental health. All staff are polite, professional and meet high standards. They always strive to help me achieve my goals in my physical health and mental health. They have made this journey a lot easier for me. I am always notified when changes with times occur which is very helpful. Thank you First Class Healthcare for helping me.

We engaged First Class Healthcare in June of 2020 when my mother of 90 was finally diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. They initially came to help with personal care in the mornings as although my father was still very capable at 92, he thought that this would be better handled by professionals. The carers soon got into a routine that suited Mum and Dad. We found them to be efficient, thorough, and pleasant. As Mum’s mobility decreased we then changed to morning and night to assist Dad getting Mum downstairs via the stairlift and back up again at night. The office Manager was always on the ball and was keen to have regular contact with me the daughter to give feedback or to raise any concerns that the carers may have about Mum’s health or wellbeing. Our package moved to 3 times a day in 2021, with Mum now confined to bed. We usually had the same carers each day and both Dad and I appreciated this and they always had a few minutes to have a chat to him too. They provided a great service with a smile

First Class! They looked after my mum for over the last two and a half years. We always found them very professional, they were very prompt on time but if for some reason they were delayed my mum always was told and they came as soon as possible. The carers were very dedicated and caring and made my mum very relaxed having them into her home which she was worried about to start with. After my mum was diagnosed with a serious illness they managed the situation with her and the family so well and were with us all helping and caring to the very end. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

First Class Healthcare Ltd are a wonderful agency which we chanced upon when my dad was discharged from hospital. They cared for him during his final years, and now my mother, with great kindness and commitment. They've proved really flexible in helping with Mum's increasing needs - adapting at very short notice when things have been tough - and they have been really caring in providing all-round support throughout the period of lockdown. They keep in touch with me frequently, and have worked closely with me to get the care as good as possible. The individual carers are truly lovely, and the support staff very professional and knowledgeable. I am so grateful and full of admiration.

My sister was well looked after by First Class Healthcare. The carers were excellent in their delivery of care and the company constantly kept me updated on the care needs of my sister. The carers were reliable and always on time although there were a few occasions they were late but however, I was kept well informed if there was a delay in seeing my sister. I would highly recommend First Class Healthcare to anyone looking for care for their loved ones. Their rates are very affordable and they are very professional.

First Class Healthcare have been caring for my mother for 10 months and we, in the family and my mother, have all been delighted with the care and support given. They are always upbeat and kind, friendly and utterly professional. My mother has a mix of Alzheimer's and dementia and is also recently bereaved. They have shown a full understanding of the various conditions and all the carers know exactly how to ensure Mum is happy, calm and relaxed. They prepare her meals with love and great care and ensure she is tidy, clean and well-groomed. During this pandemic, they have all been fabulous, professional and helpful to all of us, not just Mum. I really cannot recommend them too highly. They are also reasonably priced excellent value for money. Thank you for the opportunity to sing their praises.
