The Home Care Team were attentive and sympathetic to the needs of my relative and quick to respond to issues arising and keeping me informed. All staff were kind, courteous, considerate, friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

I find all carers very helpful and will go the extra mile if asked. Management is also very helpful.

Overall our experience has been good and it is now over 20 months since my wife needed carers following her stroke. We have never been let down and when they (At Home) have had an emergency they have always addressed the problem, usually by getting office based staff to step in. My only observation is that requested phone calls have not always have been done. Also changing the timing schedule has not always been advised.

Careers are very good and always very helpful. I'm happy to recommend At Home care, the carers treatment very well, they assist me with my personal care needs, make me meals and drinks through the day. The carers are wonderful people very kind companionate and very helpful

At Home Care is truly exceptional. The patient receives prompt, compassionate care from a team that's both professional and attentive. Their swift, friendly support has eased all our concerns. Highly recommended!

The carers are always professional, compassionate and sensitive to mum's needs. There is good communication with the office and messages are always responded to promptly. The team are always helpful and happy to accommodate changes to care visits where possible. As the main carer for my mum, I feel very supported by At Home Care.

At Home Care is without a doubt the finest care provider we have had experiences with. From the first interaction when the assessment of needs was made, it was clear that there was genuine empathy and a sincere intention to provide the best level of care possible. Every single carer to date has not only arrived in a timely fashion and performed all of their duties consistently well, but has stayed for the entire duration of their call out, been friendly, kind and empathetic, going out of their way to provide the help requested or required. On a couple of occasions where a medical intervention was required, the carers responded professionally and immediately, notified me directly and kept me updated. They have significantly reduced my concerns with regard to my mother's ability to live independently whilst still receiving the support she needs. I honestly can't praise them enough and urge anyone who is unhappy with the care service they are receiving to contact At Home Care.

The care I have received has been amazing and one particular carer has really good to me. She is thoughtful and kind to me, nothing is ever too much.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the carers who patiently cared for my mother this past year. You all shared deep passion in supporting her at times when she had no one else to turn to. You were able to build a relationship with her so she felt safe in your company and I believe trusted your judgment. Even if she did choose to do things her way at times. I thank you for being patient with us the family, listening and handling our story with care. It goes to show unlike other professionals, you actively listen first for the care of your client and their family. I can't express my thanks enough for being there for Mum and listening to me on the phone when I felt frustrated with the situation. You cared and got to know Mum very well. Thank you.

All carer managers and office staff are fantastic kind helpful caring friendly nothing is too much for the carers they really have helped me with personal care and light domestic help. The office staff are friendly approachable helpful caring and nothing is too much for them, the office staff and carers always go above and beyond for me.

The caring staff provided a competent and compassionate level of care for my wife for over two years. They assisted her in washing and dressing in the mornings and preparing her for bed in the evenings. They were punctual for their visits, and the office would always advise if there were to be any delays. I am very pleased with the level of care provided by Caremark.

Always came at the time they said they would. Reported any concerns immediately to their manager who kept in regular contact with me. Contacted 111/GP as and when necessary. Found all staff extremely friendly and professional. All the staff made my life feel at ease. Highly recommended.

I cannot fault the care I received from my Caremark carers, 100% committed and always with a smile on their face. My morning visit from my carer set me up for the day as we always had a laugh together. Not once did they make me feel like a burden and I cannot recommend my carers highly enough.

I am very happy with the carer we were given and 3rd week onwards has been great. Lovely lady kind and caring and who bonded very well with my husband. I felt totally at ease. In early May our usual carer didn't come, and a different person arrived. I wasn't happy and my husband was puzzled. I should have been told and could have prepared my husband for a different person. Then moving on to the separate Personal Care package. The male carer who came was wonderful and connected with my husband immediately. On the 2nd visit, he made a significant difference and managed to wash my husband's arms, legs, feet, and chest fabulous! I was totally surprised and thrilled. However, on the next visit, a different carer arrived, with a different approach, my husband had no idea who had turned up! And he was 15 minutes late. My husband didn't connect at all. I should have been told it would be someone different because I could have prepared my husband. Hence my review is 4 stars instead.

Caremark was just 100% and over-committed to my Mother. All the care staff were amazing and cared for my Mother to the end. An absolutely remarkable company. Please give credit to this company working in the community.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my care over the years, I have needed the support. I have found everybody very friendly, accommodating and flexible when I have needed to change arrangements.
