My son has had care with Triple Home Care Ltd for many years, he has significant learning disability, with complications and medical factors. Triple Home Care have cared for my son with the utmost respect and care, he is treated like a family member, in addition to this, the team working with my son are expertly trained and knowledgeable in safe and best practice. I would really like to commend the whole team, who have time for clients and listen to any concerns or requests and always aim to make life easier, nothing is too much trouble and I feel fully supported by the team, from Management to care team, every member works for the best interest of my son, and I feel reassured they can adapt to his needs at all times. I would recommend THC to any friend or family member who needs excellent care in their own home, and as a nurse/midwife feel my expectations are high at times, however THC never disappoints.

Caters are so lovely towards my grandad. Treating him with respect, chatting and engaging with him. So lovely to see. Took their time to give him the care he requires. So good to know he is being well looked after.

We have used Triple Home Care as a family for several years now. My grandfather had many needs as he grew older. My grandmother gets support with some domestic activities currently. We find the carers are very supportive and kind. They all show expertise in the field. They are backed up by a great team in the Huntingdon head office who always have time to listen and help if there is a particular concern. When nursing support was needed more, Triple Home Care were up to the challenge. This is why we opted for a long-term relationship with my family where we have varying needs. A fantastic experience with everyone and a big thank you!
