Love in Care provided a 24-hour sitting service whilst my mum was awaiting a residential care placement. The carers were absolutely lovely, and respectful and provided personal care to a very high standard. I could not have been happier with the level of care provided and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
I was recommended to "Love in Care" by a friend. I had considered a couple of companies and wasn't happy. I met with the owner of Love In Care. Her knowledge and understanding of what we needed for our father aged 91 years. They are very caring and she understood our needs. The owner helped us put a plan together, as this was the first time we had ever had to do this for our dad, he was now needing extra care. We don't want him to go into a home. Two lovely ladies in particular care for our dad. We are so happy with the love and care he is getting. Dad (which is our main concern is also happy) best recommendation we have ever had Thank you Love In Care.
When our mum returned home from respite in a care home 4 months after losing our dad my brother and I were nervous about how she would cope in terms of independence, confidence, her mobility issues, and ongoing depression without the 24/7 care she had become used to. In daily visits Love In Care have been nothing short of superb in providing Mum with all she's needed to overcome these issues, and the change in Mum in such a short timescale has been remarkable. We've also been kept up to date with feedback from visits via the group chat that was set up.
We started receiving care for our 6 year old son nearly 12 months ago. We had never left our son with anyone other than family before as he is non-verbal and has autism as well as global developmental delay. We have a regular carer, who is amazing! She has developed a bond with our son and he trusts her completely. He always looks forward to her visit and waits at the door for her. It has been a huge help to us, meaning we can spend time with our youngest son, without worrying about how T will react. We have a handy mobile app group set up, so that we can communicate, and the manager is understanding in last-minute changes and will always accommodate if possible. We're very happy!
Really happy with the care provided by Love in Care. All staff are friendly and professional. They always go the extra mile to support my mum and make sure all her needs are met. Keep up the good work guys!
Excellent management, great communication, and my mom loves her caregivers. Very positive experience. Excellent caregivers! They are very attentive, responsible, and caring. Many thanks to the whole team of carers and organisers who have all been friendly, caring, professional, flexible and understanding. They gave us the comfort and reassurance that Mum was being looked after when we couldn't be with her.
Love In Care came to help us just when we needed it most. I cannot overstate how good they were. We had three carers in rotation 24 hours a day and they were absolutely what we needed. Professional, capable, experienced and above all caring, not just for Mum who needed care but for all of us who were trying to cope with a difficult life event, so much more than mere service. Real, human, loving, I cannot thank them enough.
I have been receiving support from Love In Care for about a month, and I am feeling much more empowered in my life already. I am feeling less overwhelmed because I know my carer is coming to help me every week. I am not depressed anymore because I am not doing it on my own. I have learned how to ask for help. When I first got in touch, the manager was so welcoming and kind. She first helped me figure out how I can be best supported, and also told me about their ethos. Her story was inspiring and I respect how the company is compassion-focussed. Thank you Love In Care.
We as a family are very satisfied with the services we receive from Love In Care. The carers are empathetic and provide homecare for my disabled brother who has severe learning disabilities and is also incontinent. My mother has also recently made progress in trusting Love In Care to complete more tasks and a mix of staff both male and female. Also, all the staff can speak my mother's first language (which is not English) so this avoids the language barrier which is invaluable.
I have found Love In Care very straightforward, caring, and easy to communicate with. The manager is very helpful in listening to my son's needs and arranging for the carer to be available when needed. The carer is always on time, kind and friendly, and clearly has my son's interests at heart. It remains a very positive experience, and we are so happy to have the consistency of the same carer each time, so a good relationship is building up.
The service being provided is of good quality and my dad is content with it. The only slight issue I have is the communication as at times if the times are changing the notification process is not the fastest to inform the user or her daughter.
Love In Care has been in contact with me from July 2023 - providing care for my mum so that my dad could have some respite as my mother was unwell with Cardiovascular Dementia. During this time, my dad was the full-time carer for Mum, therefore it was helpful to have Carers so that he could leave the house and have some time to do social activities. In January 2024, my dad was first diagnosed with internal bleeding, at this time it was confirmed that he had Pancreatic Cancer (stage 4). Love In Care stepped in with all the support they could provide, to ensure Dad had all the care he required, in conjunction with a local hospice. The care was provided daily, with a rota for Mum and a separate rota for Dad. Each time Dad's health became more strained, the Carers would change their approach to ensure he was safe, comforted and nourished as well as possible. I will always remember and appreciate, the efforts of Management and their Team, thank you kindly.
The level of care my parents are receiving is great. From the first visit, Love In Care made sure that we were all happy with the level of care and what would happen at each visit. The carers are always professional, extremely smart in their appearance, treat my parents with dignity and the visits are not rushed. It is a weight off my mind knowing that the carers are doing such a good job. I would not hesitate to recommend Love In Care to anyone.
My beautiful mum was cared for by the team at Love In Care for the last 3 years of her life. Having had significant experience with care agencies prior to their involvement, I can honestly say that Love In Care is exemplary in every way. If you are looking for carers who will befriend, respect, honour, and cherish your loved one in the most professional and compassionate of ways, please do not hesitate to recruit Love In Care.
The dedication and compassion make a real difference in the lives of those they support. It's great to know that there are agencies like Love In Care out there, providing the care and support that people need. Overall it has been a great experience for me and my family.
My support worker helps me with everything. She takes me shopping, to the hospital for my appointment and to go for a walk. She helps me to deal with my bills, she always helps me with everything, that changed my life.
We've been pleased with the care given to our mum. The communication is good between management and us. Needs are met according to language and culture. All aspects of care are met with professionalism.
My mum has been cared for by Love In Care for many years. As a company, they have been very accommodating of her needs and done their best to ensure my mum is looked after by familiar staff. The staff who have cared for my mum over the years have been lovely and as a family, we have all built up strong relationships with them.
In my experience love and care were reliable, friendly and really helpful, my mum was looked after very well with kindness and dignity, and I felt reassured she was been looked after very well. Any issues were resolved quickly via the manager.
Overall very happy with the care my mum received and would recommend this company. The owner is always on hand if you need to discuss anything and really friendly staff. Always turned up each day and always made sure Mum was comfortable and asked if she needed anything additional doing after her stroke.
