My son receives support from care collection and we have had nothing but a positive experience since the introductions in November. The office staff are always helpful and quick to respond. And the PAs my son has are wonderful, knowledgeable and confident.

The Care Collection I have to say an exceptional care provider. Reliable, understanding, caring, time management. I have experienced no problems at all. All the staff are well trained and competent in their work. I would definitely recommend The Care Collection to others.

Thank you to all the staff at The Care Collection who took such good care of our relative. We feel very lucky that we chanced upon such a good team when we were looking for carers for her. She looked on some of your team as friends as well as caregivers, and we really appreciate the kindness, care and attention that you all gave to her.

The Care Collection is second to none. Every aspect of their company is outstanding, compassionate and of the highest level. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Office staff courteous and bend over backwards to accommodate difficult and often unexpected changes of care needed. The attending care staff have been more like family members to us. Our mum was looked after with the utmost care and respect and we are truly grateful to everyone involved. Anyone needing care in the home look no further.

Nothing but praise for The Care Collection. The care Mum received from all the care team for the past year has been nothing but exceptional from carrying out personal care to making meals and housework. Nothing was too much trouble and no matter what the weather the care team always arrived on time. Communication from the staff and office team was excellent and always kept up to date. Thank you.

My husband has Parkinsons. Care Collection came to care for him while l had a short break. It was extremely successful and he gained confidence in the carers. We now have care two mornings a week. Staff are always respectful and very happy to help out. Staff have also been very helpful when l have phoned in a panic to arrange the odd extra care sessions. Thank you.

The Carer Collection have provided a live-in service for my daughter since her discharge from hospital in July. They have enabled my daughter to participate in the recruitment process. The carers have provided good support to my daughter and enabled her to participate in the community and domestic activities. When problems have arisen Care Collection have worked with us to resolve them to everyone's satisfaction. They have also been diligent in monitoring the ongoing care.

The care collection staff have been just fantastic at providing an extremely bespoke care package for my relative who had declined to have carers for several years. They now visit daily and she enjoys their visits.

Everything was very well organised and a care plan was put in place immediately. When we needed to adjust times etc. or increase the number of hours, the staff were always willing to do their best to satisfy our requirements. The carers were always punctual and never let us down. They showed nothing but kindness and patience on every visit. Whenever I rang or emailed the office, the response was always quick and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. We only stopped using the service due to my father-in-law not being well enough to stay at home.

I have found that The Care Collection is a very professional organisation that deals with issues that arise promptly, openly and honestly and follows up changes to check that the new care plan is followed. This gives me, as a daughter, reassurance that mum's changing care needs are being met. Mum always says that she is "lucky, lucky, lucky." I think I am lucky to have found The Care Collection to care for mum.

As well as carrying out the personal care duties, the staff also have excellent communication skills and often start two-way conversations to the enjoyment of the client. The appointments allow me a break from my own attendance.

The carer was always polite and friendly and introduced herself. Occasionally, she was a bit late, but someone would ring with an apology and explanation. During her allotted time she completed all tasks with consideration to my friend's needs and choices. Tasks included making lunch, administering medications and a little light cleaning. Often, she would have some time left to sit and talk to us. Conversations were generally about families, past times and television programmes. These were all subjects that my friend could participate in, and enjoyed. At the end of the visit, the carer would document what she had done. My friend always looked forward to the carer calling.

We use this company to assist us to care for our young daughter who has a physical disability. We like all the carers we have met and feel that their attitudes and the company ethos really fit with our own. The office contact has been reliable and the management of our needs prioritised. I would highly recommend this company.

The Care Collection has provided a reliable and reassuring network of support to my mum in recent months. Their carers are conscientious, well-trained and punctual and most importantly, have formed a bond with my mum, which has been hugely appreciated. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, hourly care at a reasonable price.

The lady from The Care Collection was very polite and introduced herself before the review began. She explained her position within the care company and her objectives. Discussed care and if anything else was required. My mother-in-law is happy with most things except when visit times are changed. She has noted this and will report back to the office. But overall, my mother-in-law and I are happy with the service.

We started using the service earlier this year for a family member. We are really pleased with the quality of the care team and their training and experience. The office staff are also really good and very helpful. It's a thumbs up from us!

I have used Care Collection Wakefield for my elderly mother, for care four times per week, after using their Huddersfield office for my daughter for over 2 years, who sadly has severe mobility issues. We enjoyed the same brilliant standards of compassion and care and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. It is reassuring to have the Care Collection looking after two family members, knowing they will be safe in their more than capable hands. I truly cannot recommend them enough!

Extremely poor communication from The Care Collection. Have previously fed this back - no improvement. Current Carer on package Excellent. 1. Staff- apart from current carer - poor. 2. Care/support- from The Care Collection - 1 star. Care/Support - direct from the current carer - 5 star = Overall 3 3. Management - we're unclear what The Care Collection do to charge service user what they do per hour - more of a payroll company/introducer agency. 4. Treated with dignity - from The Care Collection - 1 star. Treated with dignity - direct from the current carer - 5 star =Overall 3. 5. Value for money - most interested in getting more hours of a package than ensuring carers are properly trained, prepared, and supported in the role of providing care- and ensuring proper paperwork is in place.
