View Full Details of Royale Carers LtdThe carers are very helpful. They made my mum, who suffers from mental illness and brain damage, feel just at home. They would engage in conversation with my mum as much as they can. They made sure she was well fed, and when her personality went into a dark place they would be remeasuring and sympathetic to her. Most importantly my family trusts them and the quality care they provide.
Without Royale Carers I know I would not be around to tell this story. I have been ill for the past 8 years on and off, having a stroke, waiting 4 and half years for a stoma op, which was carried out in September 2023. Royale Carers took over from the hospital care system.
This care company have treated my wife with respect and gentle care for almost 2 and half years. They have adapted when my wife needs have changed and have given me a good advice to help me with her care. They are good natured and professional and I enjoy their company which does me good.
I am an 89 year old man and I have been in the care of Royale Carers Ltd since returning home while waiting for an operation to have a removed hip bone replaced. The care has been first class with a lot of friendship and respect shown towards me. The carers seem to take a pride in their work which they seem dedicated to. Being a lifetime hobbyist my room will always be cluttered and I may sometimes need help in doing something which my carers always seem willing to give. The way they treat me makes me feel as though I am still more than just waiting for the end.
The standard of care is very good. We have never had a serious complaint. Occasionally things do go wrong but they are always corrected very quickly.
Have always been very satisfied with Royale Carers, all staff very kind and helpful.
Each carer has strengths and weaknesses but on the whole, they are good.
My mum was palliative and royal carers went above and beyond to meet all her needs right up to the point when mum died. The carers themselves knowing my mum had a hearing disability profoundly deaf put my mum at ease and took their time with her in making themselves understood. The care provided was exceptional ensuring her dignity and well-being was the forefront. They often went out of their way with her and ensured all things were in place as and when needed. At all times they kept me informed of her wants and wishes. Compassionate is an understatement they treated Mum as if she were their own mum. I will miss them dearly. Thank you so much, especially to the management I could not of got through this without you. You will always have a place in my heart.
Royal Carers looked after my mum for a number of years until she died in December 2022. It wasn't always easy dealing with her constant worrying but each and every one of you always showed such kindness and compassion and were always able to offer us help and guidance when needed. Because of the excellent service from Royale Carers, we were able to fulfil mum's wishes to stay in her own home until the end. Thank you.
I am very pleased with all my carers. They are kind, caring and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.
Each carer takes their time to see to Nan, making sure she is fed, watered and happy and most will go above and beyond i.e. picking something up - prescription/food.
I can highly recommend Royale Carers to anyone that needs care. It was hard for us to share our mum with carers but Royale Carers have simply been amazing. So caring and they have listened to us and treated our mum so lovely. Communication with Royale Carers is great, they are genuinely so caring. Thank you so much!
Absolutely brilliant carers looking after my mother with dementia. Carers were kind, professional making sure all aspects of my mothers care were provided. They worked out how to persuade her to do things when she was reluctant and made her giggle and have a little dance! When she was unwell they stayed with her calmly organising medical care or ambulance, and happily stayed with her till we arrived. They cared. They also supported my dad on these occasions making sure he was fine too. I highly recommend Royale Carers. My father, family and I will be always grateful for this caring agency.
Wonderful service would recommend to anyone.
Although I have issues with one of the carers, on the whole, I am extremely satisfied with the care my aunt receives. The issue I have is being addressed by management. I have found the other carers professional, caring and friendly and a good element of trust between my aunt and the care team has been established. They also keep me informed of any action they have taken regarding her care and of anything she needs to be done that requires action on my part.
Very helpful and very friendly. Always happy to help.
The care for my elderly mother (aged 95) who has dementia lives on her own. The attention has been very good and reliable. A lot of compassion and thought by all staff, a recommendation to all.
In the time that my mother has been receiving care from Royale Carers Ltd, I have seen their conduct to be exemplary in all areas of care. The commitment from all members of staff as to my mother's wellbeing has been without fault. It's been a relief to know that she is so well cared for.
Royale Carers have provided excellent care since joining them. However, I do feel that a more effective way needs to be used to monitor if carers have arrived because there have been a few instances when no ones has turned up. The family has then had to chase them, mum is lucky because we live with her but it might not be the case for other service users.
"Satisfactory" as a whole, times could be more regular. Taking all into consideration, the service is good and any disagreements are always taken into consideration and dealt with.
