All very friendly and caring catered for mum needs also manage to up 1 hour at short notice. All in all very happy with the service.

Mum started receiving care from Home Instead at the end of August having been in respite care for 2 weeks, she suffers from vascular dementia. From my very first contact, through to meeting the deputy manager who created our care plan, through to Mum's 3 carers and another staff member who has taken over our case from the deputy manager, I can not speak highly enough of you all. Your care, respect, thoughtfulness and politeness are amazing, putting the patient in the middle of everything you do. Thanks to you Mum can stay in her own home and we as a family can have peace of mind that she is safe and well looked after Anyone looking for care look no further!

Home Instead have been providing daily care for my Uncle for 3 years. The service is excellent, it has enabled my uncle to stay in his home rather than go into care which is as he wants. He has a lovely relationship with the carers who go above and beyond what is expected. I am kept informed, any issues and niggles are quickly and satisfactorily sorted, and they go the extra mile in working with me to sort out any problems. Have no hesitation in recommending the service. I live a long way from my Uncle, and there are no other relatives so trusting Home Instead has been so vital in enabling him to live as he wishes and to give me peace of mind.

We have found the services provided by Home Instead uniformly excellent. Individual carers have been thoughtful, reliable and always responsive. In the same way, the management team have been both patient and quick to adapt to our changing needs, and are always available for discussion.

I would like to thank all the Home Instead staff for their professional approach. Care workers were so kind to my mum and nothing was too much trouble. My mum had just one morning visit per day which made all the difference to her life. Knowing a care worker would be in each morning was something to look forward to, a chat and company for an hour. Also, it was peace of mind for family members. The care workers were on the whole punctual and if they couldn't fulfil the visit or were going to be late the office staff would always call us to let us know there would be a delay. Mum also enjoyed attending the Home Instead Christmas parties! Thank you all, I am eternally grateful.

Having used Home Instead assistance for the past six months, I have found the staff and carers I have encountered polite and friendly. The carers have all been cheerful, obliging, and willing to undertake whatever I have asked of them.

All staff at Home Instead Yeovil are polite and professional. My mum is very happy with the care Home Instead have always provided, extra cover for my mum when needed which has been much appreciated. Would recommend.

I had this service after open heart surgery for 2 weeks. The carer was punctual and happy to do anything for me. She was happy professional and gave a good standard of care! Would use this service again and highly recommend the company. They give you the whole hour and don't rush you like other agencies.

My mother did not want carers at first, but due to her age and frailty, it was the only way forward, with her wanting to stay in her own home. Myself and my mother cannot fault Home Instead as a care provider. My mother looked forward to their visits, and they were always on point with their care as well as becoming a listening ear to my mother who liked to chat.

Very sympathetic. Excellent communication. Home Instead was very easy to contact. I was able to get care very quickly. My parents enjoy having their carers over. When I needed to change care provision on short notice this was accommodated. I was also reminded when medication was low which was very helpful.

Since we have had Home Instead over the last few months they have been genuinely brilliant, from the staff that deal with my mum to the staff in the office. Very professional caring carers and nothing is ever too much trouble, would thoroughly recommend them as Mum's care is first class and all tasks are done to the highest standard and in a good timely manner. 10 out of 10 for trustworthiness.

My experience with home and said has been exceptionally good and has aided my recovery. I have been showing kindness and dignity and respect of my home. Continuity of care team and arriving on time has been important to me. Only once was my time altered and unfortunately, I was not informed. Thank you for providing this service as I live alone and it has been invaluable to me.

Right from the beginning of talking to the director, I knew this would be the right company to assist my mum and us. Always helpful, very responsive and once Mum was home we never had to worry if carers would arrive, a schedule was sent out each week in advance to let us know who was coming. My mum was happy with the care provided and overall in the circumstances, we could not have asked for more. Mum passed away in good hands and we are very grateful to everyone who helped us. I would definitely recommend Home Instead should you need home help. Thanks everyone.

Home Instead have been providing care for our mother since July 2022. They have covered for our normal carer when she has been away. They go in twice each Saturday to give our normal carer a day off. They cover when our normal carer is away as well. Staff in the office is very efficient and helpful. The carers who have been to see Mum are all lovely. Carers are all very caring towards Mum and Mum likes them all very much. My siblings and I are really pleased and extremely grateful to everyone at Home Instead for the help and support you are giving us in caring for our Mum.

Home Instead have been providing care to Mum for over three years, initially one visit per day but as Mum's needs increased they were able to increase to 3 visits a day at very short notice. The carers were wonderful with Mum, being patient, caring and loving. They always greeted her with a smile and we felt they genuinely cared for Mum's welfare. Mum looked forward to their visits as it brightened up her day. They were proactive in adapting to Mum's changing needs. Thank you for providing my brother and me with peace of mind.

My mother is visually impaired, now in her 80s and was widowed a few years ago. She was keen to retain her independence and stay in the family home but required support to do so. Home Instead took the time to understand what support was required, tailored a service to suit her and has provided reliable, regular assistance for over a year. They have taken Mum on trips, helped with shopping, meals, paperwork and household chores and have provided companionship throughout that time. It has meant that Mum could stay in familiar surroundings for longer than she would have been able to otherwise. I thoroughly recommend them.

As this was my first experience of this type of service I did not completely know what to expect. I found the initial introduction to be informative, understanding and carried out with compassion. A plan was formulated that met our needs and with a few days Care Professionals were visiting our home. We found all the staff that visited us to be polite, and very able to carry out the tasks we required and I would not have any reservations in using them again. I can, from my experience completely recommend Home Instead.

My parents were looked after by Home Instead until July 2022, when we moved my mother to a care home closer to me after my father's death. I cannot praise the Home Instead team too highly. The care professionals looking after my parents went to endless lengths to keep them happy and comfortable at home, and the office team performed short-notice organisational miracles of all sorts, including, for instance, providing cover when we got Covid and couldn't visit. One of the team even managed to bring my mother to her new home when we were all still testing positive on moving day. Everyone was so kind and so gentle with my increasingly fragile parents. I would recommend Home Instead (Yeovil, Sherborne and Bridport) without hesitation.

The carers were very reliable and all had a very pleasant and caring nature. Mum got on well with all of them. It was very reassuring for me to know that they would always be there for her when I couldn't. I would recommend Home Instead to anyone. The admin staff were very nice and always helpful.

I would like to thank all the Home Instead staff for their professional approach. Care workers were so kind to my mum and nothing was too much trouble.
