The carers were always on time, very careful and respectful, kindly and polite. They had all the skills they needed and adapted themselves to the changing needs of their client. They were not patronising and treated my husband with dignity.

Extremely compassionate, reliable carers. Thoroughly professional and friendly towards my husband and put him at ease with the indignities of his condition. No contact with them or indication of who was coming before their first visit was disappointing however and absolutely no contact or even word of condolence once he passed away. Management was not open to flexibility in the patient's best interest when their condition deteriorated, also disappointing.

Very good care particularly by the regular carers. Who continue to learn, understand and develop the care needs of the client if or as things change. The management is excellent and ensures everything runs smoothly to the client's requirements.

I would just like to say thank you so much Prestige Care has been a big improvement on the previous care agency. I appreciate that they have been so friendly, helpful, thorough and professional throughout.

I find Prestige Healthcare to be very professional, and their timekeeping is excellent. The carer arrives every day on time. It is nice to have the same carer so they build a good rapport and are very patient and supportive. Nothing is too much trouble.

It has been a distressing time with Father in hospital. Mum has sight issues and he is main carer. Both carers have been excellent in encouraging Mum to accept the changes to her life at the moment. The time and explanations reassure her. Thank you.

Great service. I feel my confidence is returning. Great support and overall care. Takes into account my mental health needs which is very important to me. A great help and the feeling of not being a burden is of most importance.

Prestige Healthcare Services Ltd are by far the best Healthcare Company I have used. The company is well managed and the employees are very efficient and well trained. I am at the end of life stage of care needs and all I can say is that every visit from Prestige leaves me feeling in a much better place. Prestige really care and that is what makes them the best.

The carers that looked after my dad through some difficult times, were brilliant and very professional. Laughs and jokes along the way kept his cheeky smile in place. The overall care given was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. After a short stay in hospital, he came home for palliative care, and once again Prestige Healthcare Services stepped up to his needs for the last 3 weeks of his life, passing away on the 8th September 2021. Thanks, guys from all of his family.

Following a steep decline in my mother's health after a stay in hospital, she returned home immobile with a requirement of four two-person care visits each day. We struggled for a month to find the right company and I am delighted to say that Prestige fit the bill. Mum is in the final stages of vascular dementia and all the Prestige carers who attend to her do so with overwhelming kindness, understanding and compassion. They take their time, they reassure and explain what they are doing and what they require Mum to do with patience and affection. The manager and her team are allowing Mum to reach the end of her life at home which is of the utmost importance to my father, my sister and me. Moreover, they give a level of dignity to a stage in Mum's life where that, sadly, is very difficult to achieve. The care team show respect to my father and are excellent in their level of communication with us when, inevitably, concerns or difficulties arise.

Four months ago, I had a major heart failure and broke my hip at the same time. Since coming home, Prestige staff have been helping me to get up, ensure that I was cleaned every day and at the start, I was very dependent on them for these services. As I recovered, I was able to take over the functions they provide and they gave me the confidence to do so. I am now capable and have the confidence to be able to look after all the needs they provided. Their staff are a delight and extremely good-humored and if I need social care help in the future I will be contacting them.

An amazingly professional and caring team of hard-working carers whose duties were fulfilled with the utmost care for the client. Top professional team of whom I’d gladly recommend to anyone seeking that extra touch this caring company have given both my mother and aunty. Thank you ladies for your warmth, kindness, gentle caring, you have become like family to us. I’d hope that when my time comes that I’d have you care for me as you’ve cared for my aunty.

The carers have been a Godsend and have always arrived on time with a friendly, caring attitude. They are always very patient and listen to my husband's needs, and have moved and adapted as his illness progresses.

All the carers were very good with my mother. Very caring and mother appreciated the treatment she received and they were good with the family. Time-keeping was excellent.

Prestige Healthcare Services were assigned to care for my father during the end-of-life stage of his battle with cancer. The manager and another member of staff arranged the initial twice-daily visits and seamlessly added a third visit when it was required. The care package was fully explained to us at the beginning, and we were given a folder of all the necessary information, so we knew what to expect. All the carers who visited my father were superb. They were very diligent, patient and kind when tending to his needs. Even on the days when he was struggling and just wanted to be left alone, the carers were able to accomplish the important personal hygiene tasks, as required, with the minimum amount of stress for my father. The carers were also extremely supportive to my brother and me, helping us try to remain, calm sons, as we slowly watched our beloved father lose his battle. I am so grateful to the staff of Prestige Healthcare Services and cannot recommend them highly enough.
