Used for a year until February 2024, the carers were caring, professional, honest, and friendly and frequently went above and beyond the call of duty (staying late) to ensure my husband was comfortable. Rarely late, but if so I was informed. My husband had Motor neurone disease, was on a ventilator and needed regular use of a cough assist machine with suction. He was fed entirely via a G-tube. He was very paralysed and needed hoisting. The carers were proficient in using the different ventilators, hoists, wheelchairs, cough assist and suction machine. They correctly cleaned and managed the G-tube to include feeding/administration of meds. They were very patient in helping him to communicate via his phone app. They supported me to ensure I was eating/sleeping properly. I had the utmost confidence in them and trusted my husband to their care 100%. They worked hard and became part of the family. The owner and manager were always responsive to my requests and were flexible to my husband's changing needs.

I would give this care provider less than zero stars if I could, and I hope this review acts as a warning to others to not use this provider. We moved my father-in-law locally so we could care for him and employed Healthy Homecare to help us as a family manage his needs. Sadly, having them in place didn’t alleviate the stress of caring for an elderly relative, they added to it with their sheer incompetence. Key reasons to not use this provider: - Not Turing up on time. - Filling paperwork out with incorrect times and dates. Often stating they had been there longer. - Poor skill set - unsure of what they needed to do and we had to give them reminder lists for basic tasks. - Customer service that is lacking in any level of actual service - Zero ownership for failures.

We have been very happy with the care the staff and the team have given my dad since he came home from hospital. The whole team has been so professional whilst continually being jolly and upbeat which has had such a positive impact on not only my dad but the whole family. We are very appreciative of the care and support we have received. Thank you to all involved in my dad’s care!

The team were brilliant with their care and compassion with mum during her short illness. They also became a small ray of sunshine to the whole family during our hardest days. Thank you so much.

Healthy Homecare Services have been coming twice a day and is still currently calling for the care of my husband who is terminally ill. I have found them to be friendly caring and helpful in his needs and would highly recommend the service they offer to others.

Healthy Homecare Services Ltd what a breath of fresh air this company is. They came in to look after my mother, at home. The team members always arrived on time, were extremely professional, always cheerful and helpful and very caring. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The manager took the time to come round to introduce herself and the team. This pleasant experience of working with the manager and her team has been one I’ll not forget as they took great care of Mum. I would have no hesitation in recommending Healthy Homecare Services Ltd to provide at home care.
