Very pleased with the care and support provided by my husband's carer. He is attentive and friendly. He is a well mannered young man who always goes above and beyond in the service he provides. He is a social person and makes sure to take the time to speak with my husband and give him extra support when needed. My husband's care needs and demands can vary from day to day and he can meet this with professionalism and ease. He is dedicated to his role and is always prompt to every visit. We thank him for his support and for being a great carer.

I have a sitting service three times a week. That's what I am very happy with as my caregiver is efficient, polite and friendly. The carers are given by the ICare and they take all comments for me very seriously if any issues occur.

My father has never felt as comfortable as he has with his carer who goes above and beyond to ensure my father's needs are met. My father and my family are more than happy with the care and support my father is receiving, this also helps me know that my father is well looked after and most importantly happy.

We've had a wonderful experience with ICare over the last year and a half, any issues have always been rectified as soon as possible, and my son has some of the best kind considerate carers that I have come across.

My daughter has had two carers for a number of years now. She is very happy with both of them. She likes consistency and we hope this pattern of care will continue. The care company seems to manage the carers well and it would be appreciated if things could stay as they are so as not to disrupt her mental stability. Thank you.

Very reliable and caring throughout, they looked after my father with a lot of thought and attention. It was very reassuring to know he was being looked after by people you could trust. So you could relax and not worry too much.

My carer is always extremely willing to help in any way she can. She always completes the tasks I ask of her. It’s thanks to her that my life has become a lot easier with day-to-day tasks due to her help. She is very kind and caring.

Outstanding care after receiving such an awful experience from another care provider. I dreaded another company taking over after my mother's discharge. It didn't start off well, upon discharge there was no carer present that day. We were informed by the hospital that the care package was confirmed and would start immediately. I called the office and spoke with the manager. We received a visit that night and, in an instance, it reflected the service to be different from other care providers. From my experience talk is normally cheap but in this case, it was almost flawless. My mother was assigned a few carers all superb with good care knowledge and all respected my mother's home and my mother. Are always polite and work without making my mother feel rushed. My mother herself was taken by surprise by the excellent care. I wish ICare all the best and hope they keep up the standards they have set about in delivering such outstanding care.

Excellent care and attention provided by all the carers within the team. Looking after a client with certain behavioural issues is very challenging on a daily basis but they are all so professional and caring and I really appreciate the fact they go the extra mile whenever an issue arrives. My aunt would not be able to stay at home without their support. The office team are also always on-hand to discuss any questions I may have.

Very good, really impressed with the high standard of care, great communication and wonderful out of hours support. They really go the extra mile. Management is awesome and the office staff are very present and actually listen, they really put my mind at ease. At last an agency you can trust for the most part.

The care staff from ICare are wonderful professionals. They have been providing care to my mother in law who has many complex needs and advanced dementia. They have been supporting us for over 3 years and they are wonderful, caring and trustworthy staff who go the extra mile to provide a professional service. Thanks to their amazing work my mother in law has been able to stay at home and with her family. We are able to work and look after our mum without too much worry. The agency has made sure that we have the same carers and their service is always reliable. Thank you for everything you are doing for mum and the rest of her family.
