Exceptional all round services, always on time and ensure everything is OK with my father before leaving. Nothing is too much to ask for, they go the extra mile to ensure he is happy and has everything he needs.
I find all carers to have my mother's best interests at the forefront of their care. They make her smile, keep her up to date with the outside world on top of making her meals and giving her personal care. The office staff take all requests in to account and any issues are dealt with quickly. If there are any issues with carers being late or having issues, the office also keep me informed. I'd recommend this company above others as it's been the best care we've received in a few years. The carers employed are genuinely caring.
Social service suggested in 2023 to receive care for my wife, January 2024 I changed my mind and decided to have care for my wife with the preference of having 8.00am calls which Caremark accepted. I have found on several occasions that staff have arrived late and once not turned up. When speaking to a staff member it has been resolved. My wife has dementia and sometimes does not know me, so I find it stressful when carers are changed so often. Carers who have not been before, I have to explain what is required and have been disturbed by some experiences, ie not brushing my wife's teeth, bringing her down without a cardigan, putting pyjama bottoms on instead of trousers, no socks. I like many of the carers who show dignity, some try to get my wife to chat which is nice. Honesty can be questioned at times, on several times I have been notified that the carer is going to be late, because of an emergency, when speaking to the carer problems have been delayed and at times Caremark have changed their rota times and not changed our rota.
My mother has been a client of Caremark for almost 2 years. She has had previous care companies over the last 3½ years and feel this has been her best company she has had. Her carers are all lovely and always ensures she is happy and comfortable when they are with her. The carers mum has are a credit to your company. If I am there when the carers are there, it's lovely to see how they are looking after mum and making sure her needs are met and how they set things up for mum the way she likes it without her telling them as they are fully aware of how she likes things. The office are always helpful whenever I have had to call and always keep me informed if there are any issues, either with mum or if the carers are running late. It gives me peace of mind knowing that when I can't be there mum is being well looked after.

The provider are first class, I can't praise the office staff and carers enough. Everyone is caring and professional . My dad is 94 and he can be very angry, grumpy and he shouts a lot but the carers handle him with great understanding and care. The staff in the office are a credit to the company and will move heaven and earth to sort your problems.
