Not consistent with times they arrive and staff is changed each time. Some staff are good and some are not so good at engagement and need to be guided more than you would expect. Some don't appear interested.

Right at Home provided regular care at home for my husband throughout the final six months of his life. The team was professional, friendly and polite and worked with us to accommodate our needs. Being able to rely on Right at Home made a huge difference to us in a difficult period. We are very grateful to the team for all their support and would recommend them to anyone needing home based care.

Excellent care at a very tricky time for our family. All staff were very professional and treated my family member with dignity and respect at all times as well as adding some much-needed humour and compassion.

Our experience with Right at Home has been amazing. The care staff are professional as well as being empathic and friendly and nothing has been too much trouble for them. They greet my mum with a smile no matter what time of day. The management and office staff are very accommodating and keep in touch regularly, making sure everything is going well. I cannot recommend Right at Home highly enough.

Mum had mobility problems and was cared for mainly while she was confined to bed but in some instances was helped with the aid of a hoist to get to a comfortable chair. The care provided enabled me to go back to work in the knowledge Mum was being looked after by caring and pleasant staff. Thank you.

I approached Right at Home having read the the excellent reviews of their services. From my initial contact I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. The assessment for my dad was carried out by a particular member of staff. She completed a thorough assessment and put my dad at ease and was very accommodating to his care needs. Though it was for a short period of time prior to my dad needing to go into a residential home, the care provided to my dad was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Having used this service provider for quite some time now I can honestly say that we've been more than satisfied with the professional and caring nature of the carers and the management. A relationship has developed be it a professional relationship, it's one that meets our needs very well, It's one of reliability, trust, care and reassurance knowing that we are in safe and caring hands. Our team of regular carers go that extra mile to make sure that we are comfortable with them in our home, they also go that little bit extra to make sure that everything is to our satisfaction before leaving. I would like to mention in particular carers who have been with us for quite some time, we honestly could not ask for more caring, trustworthy and professional support from each of them. I can highly recommend 'Right at Home' without any hesitation at all.

I am having so many problems with my elderly Dad, but this company provided help and support on an urgent basis and have continued to be there for me. Additionally, they have tried to tailor that support to my ongoing needs.

I am asleep during the two-night visits, but my husband seems well cared for and is content when I come down. They are quiet when they come in and if they think there's a problem they will wake me up/leave me a note depending on the severity of the condition. I am very happy with the care.

I organised ‘Companion’ support from Right at Home, Stockport and Didsbury for my 95-year-old mother last November. The outcome is perfect; the companions are so professional, helpful, caring, supportive and compassionate. The regular ones have developed a lovely relationship with my mother who enjoys their visits very much. The office staff are amazing too; very helpful and always so cheerful, it’s a pleasure ringing them. Both the companions and office staff appear to enjoy their work, which is so important as it impacts on their service in a positive way.

The team have been fantastic. It started from the initial meeting with a gentleman - he took so much care and attention to every little detail on how not only did my mum want to be cared for but also how they would fit in with my dad's role as a caregiver. They have been so nice on every visit and have made the transition to care at home as smooth as possible. My dad was sceptical initially of wanting to have carers help him but now looks forward to their visits and enjoys having them help with mum's needs. He can’t sing their praises high enough. Thank you.

Right at Home provided care for our Mum for around 18 months or so, until she sadly passed away. I have to say what an amazing service they provided to her throughout the period they supported her, they were personable, friendly, reassuring and supportive and their communication with us as a family was great. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Mum was very comfortable and at ease with them which was great, and some of the carers formed a really strong bond with her. I have to mention the staff especially, but thanks to the whole team overall. Thank you so much.

Since my wife came out of hospital we have had Right at Home carers coming in to help my wife with her needs, the carers are so helpful and cannot do enough for her she looks forward to seeing them each day.

I have found the service provided by Right at Home to my elderly father both excellent and the staff are both knowledgeable and caring when they meet my father. My father looks forward to meeting the staff from Right at Home and it is a highlight of his weekly life.

Right at Home have cared for my mum over the past few years since she was diagnosed with Alzheimers. They have taken a lot of the stress away from me as I was the primary caregiver previously. It’s been a relief to know that someone would be there with her on a (almost) daily basis.

I cannot praise these wonderful carers highly enough. Every single one who came to care for my elderly, sick mother was gentle, compassionate and patient. They treated her with the utmost respect and dignity, and engaged her in friendly conversation whilst carrying out whatever was required. Nothing was too much trouble, and I am grateful that they made her last weeks as comfortable as possible.

The care that was provided for my mum until she passed away in October was excellent, can not fault the carers at all, they are all very pleasant people, good at their jobs and they were very respectful and caring in my mum’s needs.

Our experience with Right at Home, so far, has been an excellent one. Each carer that comes to look after my husband's care needs is very friendly, professional and compassionate. They also take time out of their busy schedule to have a chat with me and always ask if there is anything I need. All the carers are a credit to the company.

Right at Home carers have been supplying a morning visit for my brother for a period of ten months. During this time I found the carers to be reliable and sympathetic to all his needs. I live many miles away and found that the care and support from the company was flexible and I could never have managed without them on numerous occasions. Right at Home have assisted my brother to retain his independence in his own home for longer than some people thought he would be able to. Unfortunately, the time has come when he cannot manage in his own home anymore. I would like to thank Right at Home carers for all their help and support.
