View Full Details of Mercury Care Services LtdAm fairly satisfied with most of the carers. Due to the number of carers attending my 97-year-old father, he's not able to form a close relationship with them. Individually some treat him with the dignity and care expected, and some need more training. At times, I have found him to be unchanged, not wearing incontinent pants and his bedding soaked and soiled. Some carers use their initiative to bathe and change him, remake the bed and put laundry in the machine, others will not even notice. There's no record of which carers attended and when.
The carers do their job well. Carers show respect and dignity. It is very easy to contact the management. They are very supportive. The manager always feels concerned about the well-being of my son. The services provided are excellent.
Since I have had the misfortune to use them I must admit I am very satisfied with their attendance, bearing in mind their very busy schedules. Their very friendly attitude is to be admired.
We have been using Mercury Care Services for both our parents until our father passed away. Every carer who has visited has been compassionate and understanding and the management and carers attended the funeral which showed their genuine detail to ensure that they were there for the whole family as well as the client. I would strongly recommend this company.
Dear Mercury Care Services, thank you all so much for the care and attention that you all give towards my brother. He is treated very well. One thing I have to mention is that you all helped me so much with him that you relieve my stress. You all come on time, help look after and most importantly you all care. Well done. Thank you all.
We have been very happy with the friendliness of the carers and their wholehearted commitment to the care shown to my husband and me. There are regular "spot checks" on carers and on us to keep a record of our rate of satisfaction with the company. We have never had to submit any claim for any kind of complaint and have been listened to if we have had any minor queries. Mercury have worked with us before after my husband's major surgery in 2014 and we couldn't believe it when it was your company who came back again to help us last year. You get "top marks" from us both.
Girls and manager are always at hand and very helpful eager to please, also at the same time giving my sister independence when needed. Especially caring for her safety, we are all working as a team in my sister's care, and we are happy with the service.
Quite good, never been let down and very many different carers come here, ladies and men to suit Mercury.
I am really satisfied but I believe there is always room for improvement.
The carers have limited time. However, in that short time, most of them are very courteous and most have made an effort to learn a few words of my mum's language. She has dementia and they make an effort to have a few words with her which is good.
My sister and myself have found the carers who look after Mum are very caring and respectful and always happy to help.
We were delighted in particular with one carer for his passion and understanding. The others did not provide the same enthusiasm.
I have nothing but admiration and praise for the carers who attended my husband over the past five weeks. They were patient and cheerful, without exception and bought us both comfort and calm at a difficult time. They were courteous and professional and on task in the time allocated for a visit and left everything clean and tidy when they went. I have thought of them as friends as well as carers and we will miss seeing them.
I like the carer and the boss who comes here and we have laughter.
The important thing about caring is the attitude of the individual carers. All of the staff at Mercury Care are respectful and carry out their responsibilities and duties with dignity and great care. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I am complimenting one of the management team for coming and spending time with me, knowing my needs and fulfillment of them.
Since my fall at 4 am in June, I have had carers to start with am and pm. I now only have a carer in the morning. I maintain my independence and I bath, cook and shop with a carer once a week. Otherwise, I clean my flat and cook myself.
My husband was very poorly and Carers treated him very well.
Being a new client have found the carer knowledgeable and exceptionally caring. Dealing with head office today have found the management inexperienced, unprofessional and told untruths. My experience has shown Management is letting the staff down considerably.
I am very satisfied with all the care service I received for my husband. The only problem I have are the times I receive which I'm not very happy with.
