Alina Home Care ladies looked after my mum for 3 1/2 years they are like family, until January 2025 when mum got ill and passed away. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all at Aline in Banbury for taking such good care of mum. You are all amazing and do a brilliant job "don't change anything" mum loved all! she even told you. Very well done ladies for being the caring bunch you are.

I would just like to let everyone know that Alina Homecare are excellent at managing and executing the best care anyone could dream of. My mother began her journey with Alina having a 1 hour a week companion call as through the Covid years she got very lonely and confused. At that time another care company were providing 3 visits a day to feed Mum at breakfast dinner and evening meal. As Mum's health deteriorated and she needed extra personal care, the other care company pulled out. We were devastated at the looming prospect of Mum having to go into a home which she always maintained she did not want to do. Alina Homecare took on the extra visits and nursed Mum until the day she sadly passed away on January the 10th 2024. All of the carers and the management team went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure Mum's care was delivered with the utmost compassion and dignified manner. Top marks for this incredible care company.

Alina Homecare agency looked after our mother during the last weeks of her life. They provided a well-organised and efficient service that was combined with kindness, compassion and respect for our mum. All the staff were well trained in all aspects of care, including appropriate approaches/management of Mum's dementia needs. They maintained a professional approach and also gave the family a lot of support at a very difficult time. I cannot praise the staff including the carers and managers enough. They made a real difference and enabled us to keep Mum at home which is where she wanted to be. Massive shout out to Alina Homecare.

Alina care we have had for a long time and are absolutely amazing. They provide a very high level of care, are well-trained and are able to be professional, caring and kind at all times. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and this is reflected across the board. Office staff are so welcoming and helpful and are supportive not only to the clients but to all family members. They are so understanding. I would recommend Alina's care to anyone with any healthcare needs. They are highly trained and seem to manage in any situation 10 out of 10... a huge many thanks, and may it continue.

We have been very pleased with Alina Homecare. We had to set up care for my cousin at short notice in August, and Alina had it all sorted in less than a week. The manager was excellent when she visited my cousin and went beyond what we expected when she spotted that a smoke alarm needed fitting. She arranged it with the Fire Service and even made sure she was present when it was done. The carers are very good, and my cousin enjoys their visits. This is all a great relief as we live a long way away!

I am really happy with the care that my mum is receiving from Alina Homecare. My mum has dementia and she has 2 visits a day for 6 days and 3 visits for 1 day and the carers are always so lovely with her. They manage to help her and understand her idiosyncrasies with never-failing good humour. I really do appreciate everything they do that is enabling Mum to stay at home. The office is very responsive if I ever need to change a time or day or if Mum has a favourite carer, they will do their best to accommodate us. Definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with the care our mother receives twice a day supporting her in getting up and dressed and then getting ready for bed. They chat with Mum and are very friendly and supportive. The manager is always happy to accommodate us if we have to change the times due to appointments. They always check my dad is ok also when they visit. The app is a fantastic addition especially for myself and my sister as we live abroad.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Alina Homecare. Quite simply Alina Homecare has provided a first-class, life-saving service to my mother. As I do not live in the UK I came to rely heavily on Alina Homecare to provide support and care for my mother, and they did not disappoint. Always going that extra mile, always being available, always ready to listen. Thank you to everyone in the Alina Homecare team!

I expect good time keeping, I prepare the area ready for the carer's arrival and it impacts on my day if the carer is late. The care is working as I requested it.

We have been using Alina Homecare Banbury for my brother who has a learning disability. He is taken out twice a month. The carer has built a relationship with our family, she is very kind and understanding to my brother. She always listens to what he wants to do and takes him to where he wants to go. We trust her wholeheartedly with my brother. Thank you.

Care providers are outstanding. They are very polite to my family and very polite to my mum. The care they give to my mum is fantastic, they talk to her, they make her laugh, they reassure her when she feels scared. They have become part of the family and we trust them 100%.

My mother needed care for only a short period of time each day. The care manager came to the house and spoke to my mother and sister. She quickly was able to produce a care plan to satisfy my mother's needs. The carers are excellent, when the caring requirement changed the care manager attended quickly and gave us a number of options.

The carers are all extremely friendly and treat Mum as a person, interacting with her and looking after her really well. They communicate with me to keep me appraised of any problems. Despite being resistant to the need for carers, initially, Mum now really appreciates them and freely admits she could not cope without them.

I needed help from Alina when I became ill after neglect from my GP practice. I was unable to bend to anything below waist level or to stand and cook for myself. Alina came in and helped me with personal care and also prepared tempting light meals for me. I shall always remember their professionalism and cheerfulness.

The care Alina has provided for my mother has been absolutely faultless in every respect. The management are professional and caring and the carer wonderful. My mother, 96, really bonded with her and was very sad when she departed. I hope the same relationship develops with her replacement. I cannot recommend Alina Homecare highly enough. Many thanks to them for looking after my frail old mother.

The carers are lovely. Perhaps if they dressed in uniform better it would be nice - wear PPE better too. If other calls are put on to our rounds it would be nice if they thought of clients and their timing - not fair to be half an hour to 45 minutes late. Using their mobile phones should be stopped. Talking about other clients in houses should stop.

We've dealt with Alina Homecare Banbury for the last year or so. They are lovely people to deal with. Very friendly and professional and happy to go the extra mile when required. It's always reassuring to know they are helping the way they do.
