Alina Homecare has provided my Dad with outstanding care. The fact that my sister and I can use the app to see the daily reports from the carers has proved to be undeniably helpful. The communication is really good and all the carers show great care and respect to my Dad and his sister, who is his main carer. I can highly recommend Alina Homecare and am really pleased they are providing Dad's care.

We hit the jackpot when we found Alina Homecare. I have felt thankful for their wonderful care service ever since the first meeting. All the carers are really lovely, friendly and professional, they have built a strong relationship with my dad and aunty and make them feel really valued. The management team are also fab, always responding rapidly to admin queries, requests for help or care plan changes, and the occasional emergency. I feel so supported and so lucky to have the Alina staff looking after my loved ones.

I am pleased with how easy it has been to amend my Aunt's care. If we are visiting we are able to cancel or amend a care visit with an email and it has always been dealt with promptly with no errors. My Aunt values the care she receives and talks fondly of all her carers.

All members of the team have looked after me very well especially as I am in a lot of pain and also afraid of falling. They arrive on time, always with a smile and treat me with respect and courtesy.

Alina Care provided an excellent service. At the first meeting, they sought to ensure the right level of care would be provided and every detail of care would be included in the care package. The care support was excellent. I was treated with respect and dignity.

The staff were very caring and were happy to do whatever mum asked them to do. Unfortunately, mum's condition deteriorated to the point where she could not stay at home anymore, otherwise, we would have continued with this service.

The senior support worker and her team have been extremely helpful and resourceful and together we have been able to develop a care system that my mum has adapted to and now relies upon. I can't thank them enough for the assurance my mum is being well looked after.

Care has been as expected. Your staff have exceptional patience and make my father feel comfortable and safe. As a smaller business, I feel a connection with the staff who are very personable and nice to have the same carer each week.

Thank you to the whole Alina team for all of your hard work, care, thoughtfulness and support for my mother over the last 18 months during her decline from full independent living through to needing to move into a care home. You have brought some cheer and order to her life. After the initial resistance and hesitance on her part as to whether care was needed, she moved on to enjoying her visits with you to the supermarket and the hairdressers and spending time with each of her carers. On an admin front, you were always efficient and responsive, as her care needs increased, through what I know has been a challenging period for the care industry. The whole team have been great. It has been much appreciated.

Assisting in providing 24-hour care at short notice whilst hospital/social care providing little or incomplete information. The support provided by Alina Homecare and the individual staff members was exceptional and made an extremely stressful period a lot easier.

We are very satisfied with the care we receive from Alina Homecare. All the care staff are polite, friendly, discreet and helpful. They are patient, kind and recognise the dignity that is required when giving personal care.

The staff are punctual, efficient, friendly, very good with my husband. He gets on with them all. They have taken a lot of pressure off me and life is easier.

The staff are polite. If there is a change in the rota, I am notified beforehand. I have no complaints to make. I thank everyone for doing their best and wishing Alina Homecare Chobham a successful future.

We have three different carers all of whom are helpful and go over and above the call of duty. We think Alina Homecare are very fortunate to have such wonderful employees it is important to us that they are treated well by Alina and its management as changes in staff cause disruption and anxiety. It was disappointing when Alina couldn't fulfil our three calls per day, but a compromise was found which enabled us to continue to receive care from the same employee's thank goodness.

My mum finds it very difficult to accept that she now needs help with washing and dressing, and does not accept this help willingly. The staff from Alina Homecare Chobham, have been wonderful - patient, compassionate, and really understand the challenges older people face when having to accept help. Mum is very fussy and wants her carer to come at 8.00am prompt. There have been one or two occasions when they have been a little bit later, but this has not been too much of a problem for her, because all the staff have been so wonderful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alina Homecare Chobham. Their prices are competitive and what one would expect to pay for high-quality care. There was one carer in particular who is an absolute star, but I'm not allowed to name her! I went on holiday for a week and felt so relieved because she kept in contact with me by email as Mum was not too well.

My last carers were absolutely rubbish. Then I joined Alina. They come in with a smile on their face and so calm and relaxing. It makes such a difference in my life. I have my favourites and I'm not ashamed to say it, I give credit where it's due. You've all rescued me and I really appreciate it, thank you.

I am very happy with the care I receive. The staff seem to be undaunted by my requests, they have helped me to reorganise my living space with some carers going above and beyond.

Alena Homecare Staff are excellent, helpful, well-mannered, kind and caring, and nothing is too much for them to do. My wife had a spine fracture and they have helped us tremendously and their Supervisor and their Manageress reassure us both, ensuring my wife gets the good help she needs. Thank you for helping us to get my wife better.
