Good service. The carer comes on time. I am very happy. Thank you.
Since April 2022, Care Compassion have cared for my wife's Alzheimer's progression with care, compassion and dignity. During the difficult time of covid, the carers arrived with their protective clothing and gave good advice on how my wife could maintain her dignity and comfort, as time progressed, the staff ensured that all medications is taken and recommend items that will aid her comfort, now she has become immobile.
Generally, the service is good except in certain periods.
I am very satisfied with the excellent care I receive from Care Compassion Ltd. The staff are friendly, industrious, helpful and encouraging. They willingly go to the corner shop when I run out of milk or cereal. They are also very obliging in posting letters for me. I would thoroughly recommend them to friends and neighbours. Top class.
I was provided with wonderful service by Care Compassion. The carers were always very good in taking care of me. They would make me breakfast, tidy my flat, change my bedding and made sure that my tablets were taken. They would spend time talking to me about my general well being and were very good at encouraging me to go out into the community as I did shy away from it for sometime. On occasions, the manager would arrange for me to be assisted on my hospital visits, which at the time was very much appreciated. All of the carers who assisted me were very caring and showed a very high level of professionalism throughout their time with me. The manager was brilliant, if ever I needed to communicate with her, she made it a priority to contact me and would have any issues I had resolved very promptly. My life has certainly been enriched since using this service and I have no problem in recommending them to anyone thinking about considering a care provider.
Care compassion is excellent, my NW area care nurses are good. They assist me with my care plans. Staff assist me to clean my flat. I like that they are from Brent and Harrow area. The staff who support me understand my birth heritage needs.
The carer for my 97-year-old mother-in-law, who is housebound and has dementia, tested positive for Covid 19. Other agencies I called just referred me to social services who eventually gave me a list of agencies who might help. I rang Care Compassion and spoke to the manager. I explained the situation and they immediately agreed to provide care on a temporary basis. The carers started within hours of my phone call. We were more than happy with the care provided. My mother-in-law was clean and well looked after. The kitchen and bathroom area were kept spotless. When my husband visited her he said she seemed brighter than she had for ages, and when I visited a couple of days later she seemed far more awake and responsive than usual. I am very pleased that we chose Care Compassion who under these circumstances really lived up to their name. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Would not recommend to anyone. Poor staff and admin. Nearly one year of use, kept trying, but they failed in one significant way or another with every employee sent to me, and there were several. Poorly trained staff. Confusion all around and constant need to monitor and assist workers. Management sloppy and unhelpful.
I had two different helpers. We got on Ok. I kept trying to do a bit on my own - for the future.
