Since I have had the care from Peach Care Services I have felt that I can be more open and honest about what triggers me and what makes me feel mixed emotions. They have also helped me boost my confidence and self-esteem.

The service has been acceptable, not the best but acceptable, some carers have been very late and a few that have next to no disabled pupil experience but there are a couple of carers who are really good and perform amazingly around my child. Although the office doesn't always action as promised unless you remind them and they made transport and issue at first but now it is sorted.

Excellent service. Always very friendly and punctual. Thanks for the support from Peach Care. They always helped me and with timings they are very flexible and even on very short notice they can help us to get carers. I am so pleased with their service.

We started the care service for our daughter about a month ago. The service is good and gets updates on the app which makes it transparent. They are always accepting of any changes and amendments required in the care plan. Happy with the service.

Care has been of a high quality and efficient practice. The care staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and also are very attentive. They also communicate well and help with my son’s eating and drinking.

I have been with Peach for just over a year now. Do not have any complaints so far, my mum has dementia and can be challenging at times but Peach are able to deal with her and give assistance as required.

Thanks so much to Peach Care Services for taking good care of my father. I feel confident that my father is being well looked after. On my arrival, thanks for the warm and wonderful welcome given to me. I feel happy and well secured that my father is well taken care of and I appreciate all the staff because obviously they are well trained for their job. Peach Care, you truly make a difference.

I have been a client of Peach Care Services for around six years. I can honestly say that in all those years I have experienced only excellent care, kindness and good humour from all the many carers who have looked after me. They really are a 1st class agency.

Peach Care Services are very well organised. My mother is always very happy with her carers. They look after her very well and have a lot of patience with her.

All the carers have been helpful and caring to Mum. All issues have been dealt with efficiently.

We've been using Peach for a number of years, carers are always very friendly and get on very well with my daughter. They're very patient and understanding. She's always happy to go out with carers due to their friendly approach. She seems very happy engaging in activities with them especially at the centre.
