My Aunt receives excellent care from Home Straight and she is very fond of her regular carer who knows her very well and has built a strong trusting relationship with her. Home Straight give my Aunt the confidence to remain living independently for now and we feel confident that should her needs increase in the future we could add additional calls to give her and I peace of mind that she is safe and well cared for. When my Mum moved to the area two years ago we were very nervous about finding care for her that was as good as she was leaving behind. From the very first telephone conversation with Home Straight it was clear we had nothing to worry about. The service Mum has received has been exemplary and they have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. Home Straight have provided personal care, cleaning, cooking, the odd bit of shopping, along with a few trips out in the local area. All of this has been done with genuine care, compassion, patience, friendship and plenty of laughs along the way. We have already recommended Home Straight to a friend who is now equally impressed with the help and support their Dad is receiving. My heartfelt thanks go out to every member of the team.

My wife and I are very happy with the service we are getting from Home Straight. We have a regular two hour slot on Tuesday afternoon involving support from a member of staff. We have also had two one off overnight stays when my wife has been away on a visit to Yorkshire. Everything works very well and Home Straight is easily accessible by phone. We couldn't be any happier with what Home Straight and its staff are providing. Excellent.

Home Straight are helping us out each morning, getting my husband ready for the day ahead. What a relief to have this help, my husband has Parkinsons and dementia, he is very confused some days, the Home Straight team cope extremely well with reassuring him, leaving me to get myself ready for the day ahead.

I first encountered Home Straight when they came to care for my late partner who suffered with Alzheimer's. Now I have mobility problems and am cared for extremely well by Home Straight. Every one of their staff who has visited me has been extremely friendly, cheerful, understanding and caring. I always look forward to seeing them. With Home Straight I feel part of a caring family. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I can't recommend this company enough. Mum's carer has been visiting my Mum for some time now she is a great help to Mum, with help around the house and reassurance. Mum really looks forward to her visits, she lifts her spirits no end.

We are delighted with the care that Mum receives from her carers, they have enabled Mum to stay independent in her own home. We started using Home Straight 3 years ago when we realised that Mum wasn't able to have a bath on her own. Sadly since then, she has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's but we have been able to adapt the care plan as her needs have increased. Mum's carers are an absolute delight and know her so well, being able to judge her mood and her needs perfectly. Additionally, the level of communication through the app is wonderful as we can then see how the visit has gone, what she has eaten and how she is. Mum adores them and is always happy to have a visit and the company that it provides. The Home Straight team has brought us peace of mind with regard to the care of our very beloved Mum, we would therefore highly recommend them.

The care that my friend receives from Home Straight is just brilliant. It is due to this care that my friend is able to still live in her own home. Recently my friend's sister died and Home Straight took my friend to her sister's funeral to ensure she could attend. Home Straight also arrange for all the external care appointments she needs: Dr, Chiropodist, Hair, Nails, Dentist. My friend's key worker is a star and she often goes to great lengths to ensure that my friend is not anxious, has all that she needs and maintains her care plan for the other members of the team. All in all a great service delivered by some very competent, caring, empathic, discrete professional carers. Thank you Home Straight.

My late mother was a client of Home Straight and my mother-in-law wanted them from the start based on my mother's care. Based on the service they have provided so far they are friendly, approachable, and caring and give me the confidence that my mother-in-law is in good care. 100% recommend them to anyone.

The girls from Home Straight have been caring for Mum for several years now. They are kind, willing, caring and adaptable. We wouldn't be without them. They go shopping for her, make her juices, help with cleaning, supervise her medications, take her to hospital and doctor visits when needed and even drop her off and pick her up from the hairdressers.

Home Straight have given my mum very good support over the last couple of years. They try to provide a consistent team of carers who know Mum and her needs. This is so important to her and something that was never provided by previous companies. The staff are well trained and communication is good. I am always able to contact the office to update Home Straight with any updates to my mum's needs.

The staff at Home Straight are second to none and really feel like family members. Nothing is too much trouble and they bend over backwards to accommodate us. I sometimes feel like I'm being a nuisance with my requests but the ladies are extremely understanding. The app is also great for keeping g up to date with visits.

I live a long way from my uncle and literally don't know how we would manage without Home Straight. Everyone from the daily carers to the team in the office supports Uncle with a caring and professional attitude, respecting his need to remain as independent as possible. As his needs have increased/changed Home Straight have been flexible and prompt in making necessary adjustments to his Plan. My uncle is currently very excited about a day trip to a museum that one of his carers is arranging to take him on, something he thought he wouldn't be able to do again!

Home Straight has been helping my mum for a couple of months now, this has given us great relief to my wife and I as mum has Alzheimer's and would like to stay at home as long as possible, my wife and I still work although part-time, we have had a difficult year. Saying that Mum is more spritely and loves to see the carers (Home Straight) who take her to the lavender mill twice a week, and also keep the house tidy, the carers are lovely, well-presented, and go above and beyond and I know if I needed them in an emergency outside their regular care hours they would be there, the carers are also very patient will mum, this has been a great help to take some pressure off us both, and would highly recommend Home Straight care company.

Needed to increase my mum's care quickly. They managed it very efficiently, rang on Friday and on Saturday they created a full timetable of care for me. They considered the carers that my mum had and made sure that she had familiar faces.

The service organisation is efficient and the team are friendly, helpful and sympathetic to our needs. We appreciate the help we have received through the carers visits which have benefitted us both to make life easier to manage. I can't thank Home Straight enough for how flexibly and quickly they responded with a care package for my Dad when he had multiple falls recently. The owners, managers and carers are all really lovely and caring and in my dealings with them I always feel they have my Dad's best interests at heart and genuinely care about him. They communicate any potential issues with me and always have suggestions or contacts to resolve any problems. Sometimes they just provide a listening ear. Really lovely people.
